The establishment is clean. The chicken, the fries and okra are all cooked throughly. I gave three stars because I can tell the grease is not being changed out as it should be. The young lady with the accent that works the counter is not people friendly at all. She clearly does not know how to great the in-coming customers with a smile or just a friendly greeting at all.Update: So this establishment had the audacity to say my review was copied and pasted! Definitely NOT true. People reviews should allow you and your establishment to correct things to make you a more successful business to the public. Not upset you and cause you to tell lies on the reviewer. A simple thank you, we will talk to the lady to provide better customer service and we also strive to change our grease out as frequently as possible. Either we as the public have a right to our opinion about this establishment and the food and service you provide to the public. Either accept and do better according to these reviews or risk eventually losing business and chances are you’ll be moving or closed at some point in time!

I’m giving it two stars because the lady at the counter was nice. Firstly I wanted white meat so I asked for a breast and wing. The breast hadn’t been dropped and it would take over 20 minutes she said kind of hesitantly. So I asked for the 5 wings and fries, again I wanted white meat. Total $10 + with a .50 cent charge for SEASONING to be put on your food!! She said it would be about 10 minutes, cool. I waited only to be asked 10 minutes later if I could choose something else because the cook didn’t drop any wings. The lady told me she had one breast I said okay a beast and thighs. For a charge of $10 plus I get home and had 2 thighs and a nasty leg. All of which was burnt up and disgusting to include that seasoning that’s supposed to be so good that they charge extra for it??
No acknowledgement when you walk in. Charge for seasoning Now. Ordered a 3 piece only got 3 slices of pickles…and 2 ketchup. Didn’t say thank or come and see us. Customer goes along way with me. Will not be visiting this place again
This place closes and 9pm, but start closing their doors at 830pm, saying they have sold all of the food. I never went to Popeyes 30min before closing and they say, well we out of chicken good bye. No they serve customers until they closes. But I understand...your staff wants to leave at 9pm, and go home. And this was on a Saturday night...
Sad that they think we are suppose to eat old chicken...Very Unprofessional!!! I order and pay 18.00 for a whole chicken and this young girl name Tianna Bad Business babygirl... You can't force me to eat chicken that had been sitting there for 40 minutes...I'm surprise they are still in business...
I had the absolute worst customer service from the young lady working on 01/23/22. She gave the DoorDash order that I was sent by doordash to pick up to someone else, and instead of trying to fix the situation her words were “well I’m not remaking the order”. The only option I had was to call doordash support in order for them to cancel the order and reimburse me as well as the customer who ordered from the restaurant. In order to do so the customer service agent had to call the restaurant to make sure that everything I said happened , happened. To sum up what happened when the agent called here is exactly what she said when she took me off of hold “I’m so sorry you had to deal with the horrible attitude she has. She was very rude with me also. “ It’s sad because unfortunately that was my first and will be my last experience at this restaurant. I would not recommend coming here unless you’d like a side order of attitude with your chicken.
Walked in and placed an order around 12:20. Left at 12:42 with no food. I had to return to work. I was offered a refund but did not have to time wait for it. If it's best to place a call in order, put this on your website or put a sign on the door. My coworker told me not to waste my time but I really wanted to support a Black-owned business.
The cashier had the WORST attitude… I kept telling her my order and she kept forgetting it. And why isn’t there any chicken ready. I waited a long time time a 3 piece thigh. The cashier that works here during the day time was in her talking with the night time cashier with house shoes, a house robe and a bunnet on. I will never be coming back to this location again.
I don't like giving bad reviews, but...this is a chicken restaurant...please have chicken! I waited over 30 minutes to get 4 wings and 5 legs. While they were cooking chicken the girl taking the orders put the fries and the rest of the sides in a bag, which meant I would have cold fries, wet bread and hot chicken. When I asked her could she wait to put my order together she stated that's how they do it there...which didn't make any sense. Anyway, if this restaurant was to make a few changes they will be on point.
