Worst experience and worst Griff's! Shift leaders/ Managers are horrible and that is why the rest of the workers act the way they do. There is no order in that place! Went to have lunch with a co-worker and I ordered FRESH tater tots with cheese, but when I asked for them when the guy played them, I was told that my tots weren't going to be cooked until my order was ready, but the RUDE woman calling out the orders when the are ready. I told her that if those were my tots I want going to want them when my order was ready cause I asked for the to be FRESH. When she noticed that my order was ready she grabbed the container of tots and took them to where they are cooking and was talking to the guy there. I didn't move and I noticed that NO TOTS had been dropped to cook . She stayed back there for approximately 1 minutes and then comes back and calls out 3 orders that were ready and then she looks at me and tells me to have a seat and they'll call me when my order is ready and I tell her to just give me a refund cause no one was coming the tots. She got upset and said that the tots were being cooked and she one more than me, after I told her the tots were not being cooked. The fry guy then stared that no he didn't drop any tots and he wasn't going to... Another lady, possibly Supervisor in red came out and asked what the problem was and the guy is running his mouth and she tells him to do the tots. I just ask her for my refund.. There was no apology due her "workers" attitudes or anything. I will NEVER go there again. I would rather drive across town to Irving to eat. I was reading other reviews they NEVER correct an order that is WRONG due to there fault and they NEVER answer the phones, so your just stuck with a wrong order. WORST GRIFF'S EVER!!!
Amazing food in the sense that it taste awesome and the service was exceptional. Not anything special but not boring or bland in my opinion. Will definitely return when I’m in the area.*****The doors are hard to open and all pull out not push in! Please if you want to eat here pull with all your might. Sad I saw people not being able to open the door and try another one and just end up leaving. I guess the AC or how the air is set up makes it hard to open the doors from the outside and sometimes to push out from the inside.*****
We love we go at least 3 times a month, driving from Desoto. Everything is always fresh. We have not had a bad experience at all or yet. Im not from Texas, he is. I moved to Texas in 99', but when i husband said before I bite into it, I'll be smiling and i will be smiling the entire time eating it and he was right. I tell people all the time about Griff's burgers.
I ordered a burger extra greasy and onion rings. Burger was great once I got the correct version. I requested no onions, no lettuce on my burger. They added onions. So I took it back. But once the correct version came out, it was Perfect. My niece got a strawberry milkshake, extra thick. It was watery, and not good. Fries weren't salted, but they did have salt on the tables. So that worked out. Food was fresh & hot & comes out quick. I will go back again!
I came threw the drive thru and order my burger well and it was well understood the guy explained I would have to be parked because of the special request. Once my burger arrived well it was cooked normal advised the lady that brought it out to me and she said that they could not make it like that because they where only working with half the grill and there was nothing she could do and had no choice but to take it well I request a refund because of the way I was treated definitely not coming back! Lost a loyal customer because of lack of knowledge and laziness!
A way better local burger than Burger House and Kinkaid'sNon disappointing, Quality & Value for your money, and super friendly staff.Fresh off the grill beefy burger, hot & crispy perfect fries, and a big cold drink. Ordered two number two one with no onions.After waiting in line the girl at the window had order wrong.I was told both no onions ,I asked could you put onion on one and was told no.She would not correct adding onion to a meal.I was going to cancel order go someplace that understands. The manager open windows tells me they can put onions on the meal.I drive 20 mins.to get home and guess what.No Onions!!!! And that was the manager who was going to correct it.Called and they don't answer phone.So if you want a missed up order and talk to some dummies this is your place to go.Not for me.
So, they are so right the line long as hell. Now I've been here before didn't understand the hype.. but today this hamburger was really good... I'm a black female and a foodie okay fat...lol. The meat was flat and alittle dry but not in a bad way. Good burger #1 combo onion rings were good as well
I just was there ordered a steak sandwhich and added a hamburger patty with mustard only and thats it one burger and they couldnt get that right I get home and it has lettuce and mayo on it.
Griffs was introduced to me when I was a kid and to this day it's fave. Burgers are made to order and with flavor. Add a real ice cream shake to the order and you're golden!
