I called to place an order to go the lady answered and I told her I wanted to order beef caldos I ask if they have a latches flan she said what is that I don't speak English I said sweet desert and hang up first I thought we got disconnected I called back and she and answered she say if you no respect for me I no respect for you and again hung up I called back again and now the phone just rung I just want a soup because I wasn't feeling good why this girl is being rude she's not supposed to work if she can't speak a bit of English I have going to this place but not anymore after I got treated so poorly in the phone stay away from this place !
Great place to eat. Staff is friendly and lovely. My family and I have enjoyed breakfast here once or thrice over the past year and were serviced quickly and happy with our food.I usually get their breakfast plate with pancakes, beans, potatoes, bacon, etc. Can't remember what it's called now.They serve coffee either regular or with cinnamon. Quite unique!The decor is awesome too.
We decided on this placed based on the reviews and pictures of the food. Unfortunately, our first visit fell short. Three different people came to our table for three different times which included: taking our order, bringing food, and picking up our plates, so we didn’t know who was our designated server. We had to ask twice for a drink refill and three times for an order we placed in the beginning, to-go after we were done eating. The check never came either and after waiting 20-25mins, we just got up and approached the checkout. Even then, we had to wait a while before someone finally checked us out, but as soon as one of the servers saw us, she finally remembered our to-go order and brought that to us as we paid.Aside from the bad service, that food was okay. My beans and rice were pretty tasty and so was the horchata but that was it.
Family & I been coming to Don Panchas for many years. We really enjoy the different dishes of food. Also a big plus is, they make their own flour tortillas on location. Many times my family and i are there for breakfast not only is the food Delicious the Coffee is thumbs? up also. Always very impressed by Mr. Antonio our waiter at this location. At times it's pretty busy and we sit patiently waiting to be serve like other's there.
Very good sour cream chicken enchiladas! Reasonable prices and good service. Would go back, for sure.
I read in the reviews that the food was good but the waitstaff was bad. We had the opposite problem. I ordered the sour cream enchiladas, there was some kind of white cheese on it and very little sour cream. The refried beans tasted like lumpy brown water. No flavor at all. We were looking for a mexican restaurant closer to home, this one will not be it.
The service here is horrible, the workers drag and roll their eyes when you ask for something. The drinks take 30 minutes to come out. It took them 45 minutes to take our order. This is the 2nd time it happens to us. And by the other reviews it looks like other people have experienced the same issues. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by choosing to come once more but they failed once again. 5 waiters just standing around dragging their feet.
Had the quesadillas, and loved all the cheese they added. Could have been more of the guacamole lettuce and sour cream. Service was slow, and didn't seem much in a hurry to help.
Food was good staff friendly and a great price was not busy but it was great food fresh food I'm great tortillas
We have been coming here for many years. As of lately, the service has been pretty bad. Food is good, even brought out in little time. Nothing about what I am about to say reflects on the waiter “Antonio”. So, the workers there move sooooo slow. It took three people to clean a table. No refills and workers just constantly pass by you. We’ve even flagged some down and get ignored. But never never with Antonio. Please give him a raise as he is the only one we ever see actually work there. We love him.
