I can’t believe the audacity you all had to play catch with the pizza dough. And at that, use a pizza pan, (okay the pizza pan is cool) but using your body and bare hands to catch is not. Smh. Domino’s prepping people. Please wear gloves and wear a beard cap whenever dealing with food. From what I saw tonight, I will not be going back to this domino’s. Management needs to do better.
I just order a delivery and the delivery lady that came to my house needs to be promoted to manager for sure 10 minutes before my order was being delivered the lights went off on the whole block as I was receiving my food I noticed the neighbors across the street looking which are my elderly neighbors and when she got ready to leave he flagged her down and do you know this employee actually got out of her vehicle and it's 30degrees he didn't have internet on there phone in order to order pizza and she stepped out of her vehicle and helped him order online I've never seen anything like this before I've also included a picture of this incident you don't really see this as much anymore but she was real helpful and an employee that really needs a raise

Customer service is horrible, promised an order replacement and then it wasn't put into the system, was promised what later I was told no one can help me because they didn't do their job. Richard Hanson and Manager Nick last night said it wouldn't be an issue to call and have it replaced. Did that, and was advised the GM, Amanda, won't allow the issue to be resolved if not in system, call back tomorrow morning when Nick is here. Was hung up on, told I would get a call back and nothing, been back and forth to be told that the manger, Ryan who lied about his name (actually Robert) per Valerie who was trying to help me because the manger left her to handle the situation. Still after about 2 plus hours, no remake, no assistance, and on hold. No one will help and I am getting the run around. My order was #1187231 from store #6994. $27.25 for bad service and messed up food. No dipping sauce and wrong order, how do you treat a customer this way?
Amanda is the manager and she has been with Domino's for years and she makes the best pizza then what you can imagine. Piping hot pizza and cooked to your order at 100 % and I am not playing.
Order 2 Pan pizzas. When I got home the dough was not cooked I called and let them know of this. Person thT answer issue a refund. I brought back the pizza and left. Will never come ba k to this location. This is the first time this happens to me and I have been ordering pizza from domino's a long time. If you want domino's go to a different location.

Horrible!! Ordered my pizza at 9:34pm and it’s 11:18pm and still nothing! I called twice the first time she said he would be here in 6 mins, after 20mins past I call back and she said they mixed up my order? Yet I never was notified about a longer wait time?! Why have my number on file if they don’t even have the courtesy of saying “Hey I am sorry! This happened, you are expecting a longer wait time!” They said the driver called me twice? Which I have no missed calls or voicemails? So the driver returned to the store? & the guy on the phone clicked on me? I will never order from this location ever again! They have no customer service… I would leave no stars if I could! ! I’ve never experienced this from this location and I am never disappointed!!
Over and hour for delivery ! It be nice to let the customer know what the waiting time is and like always short on drivers !
Horrible service. I ordered food and they completely delivered it to a whole apt. I even left my phone # just in case they got lost. I tried calling up there, but guess what....no answer.
