The guy at the counter locked unbothered I paid for NY pizza and then waited for my receipt and he just looked at me surprised I told him I want my receipt and he was like WE DONT GIVE RECEIPTS !!! How on earth don't you give receipts every payment should be accompanied by a receipt as a proof of payment, how do they even do their transactions without receipts ???
So it's 11 pm I call Dominos to see if they deliver and a guy answers the phone and takes my order I order a $14 pizza which is fine too find out that one pizza is $22 dollars just to get it delivered up the street wow Domino's I would say you guys are good but hell no Pizza Hut and Papa John's is cheap on there delivery never again....
Used to be my pizza go to my favorite was Philly cheese steak not after todays order ? some kind of bbq sauce was added and delivered. Not good do not recommend!
Domino's Pizza is my go-to when I want something delicious and quick. The Galloway store is always on point with prepping, baking, and delivery. I'm impressed that my deliveries are timely and executed according to my requests. Briana, keep up the good work! p.s.: The REWARDS program and the coupons are great perks.
So, we did the online delivery last night.After we ordered about 45 min had passed so we called to check on our order, we ordered a large Philly steak pizza, Pasta and a Callie sandwich. We literally live five minutes from this Domino’s. When we called them they said they were doing a quality check on our items, so we ask them how much longer it would be and they replied another hour. So you can imagine how the rest of this review goes for us it was very cold when it got here to my house everything was cold! The last time we ordered from this Domino’s it was bad also we will not be ordering from this dominoes ever again! They used to be awesome, I don’t know what happened. Pizza cost way too much to just get cold pizza! If I could give them zero stars I would! ?
Almost 2 hours and still no pizza. Been on hold with the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting on a manager. Tracker showed it was delivered but nothing has been delivered. This location has gone down hill sooo badly. I’ve ordered from here soo many times in the past and got my order delivered in under 30 minutes every time. The last 3 times I’ve had nothing but problems. I will never order from here again.
If you order pizza for delivery and it says 35minutes for delivery just know your pizza will arrive an hour in a half later, dry, cold, and old. This place was good, but now i don't know it just sucks! I always receive my food all cold it never fails!
I ordered a large pizza and a ranch cup, and a garlic cup. I put in the instructions to deliver to the office of my work place and the driver took my order to my room and without the garlic and ranch cups. They basically forgot to send my whole order and took it to the wrong place and after promising to bring me. The ranch and garlic cups. They got me for $1.50. I'll never order from dominos again.
We've ordered numerous times from this location, always around 11pm. & Out of the maybe 10+ times we've ordered, we received our food maybe once or twice. We (the night shift nursing staff) are always left disappointed & hungry because of this. I understand they are under staffed, or without any drivers, but if that's the case, they should turn off taking any online orders. Not to mention, funds take forever to be refunded. Horrible customer service, was told that if we want our order, we have to go pick it up. Needless to say, we never do so, because we can't leave a patient to go get a pizza?. The time that our food was delivered, it was cold & toppings were stuck to the top of the box. We won't try them again.
I ordered ONE pizza for delivery at 8:03PM. Called around 8:40 to check the status of it, the employee hangup on me after I asked for the manager. I called back to speak with manager and the employee left me on hold, I had to drive to the store. By the time I got to the store I was on hold for almost 20 minutes. I finally got to speak with the manager and she was very rude, and arrogant. She told me that they did not have enough employees and that if I did not like the service I could grab an application and start working.
