My credit card was charged three times. I called Denny’s to get my money back from the two extra charges and still haven’t gotten my money back. I called my bank and Denny’s disputed my claim. They need to give me my money back from the two extra charges. I have called the manager and corporate and just get an apology but they didn’t give me my money back. Never again will I go to this location.
Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the food was good, customer service was horrible. We waited about 30 minutes to he greeted, then about 15 to be seated, then about 20 minutes to even get someone to take our orders. The person that took our orders wasent even our server. I can't think of his name but he was a Spanish guy that did his best,while the actual waitress looked confused and was moving so slow the said they where under staffed but it wasn't even busy. Got to do better seriously.
One of the worst places I've been. Not because of the staff. We had a very polite and attentive waitress. This place had one person waiting on all the tables, and she's pregnant. I give her a lot of credit. I personally would not be able to handle the pressure of being a server. I'm not sure if this is due to mismanagement or from corporate. I was very disappointed to see she had no help. I see in the reviews the managers name is Julio. Who has complaints against him. I will be sharing my experience on social media. Shame on this company for not treating it's employees better.
This place is horrible. I called over 30 times and no answer on my curb side pick up. I finally went inside and the had the bus guy having to come to the front to get people seated. There was no one at to go and when I was finally asked if I wanted to be seated they told me they don’t have enough people and he wasn’t sure when I was going to get my food. If that’s the case put it on the website or google so people don’t order online. I couldn’t even ask for my refund because there was no one there to help me with that either. That’s horrible. Don’t go here. There is Mesquite Diner up the street that has way better food. Do better corporate!
Service is good ! Food was really bad and to top it off they gave me a dirt cup and my husband a clean one . Also they had water leaking from the ceiling. Won’t be coming again !
I ordered curbside online. I got there called the number to check 8n and was told because of being short staffed I had to go in to get my order and I would have to wait an extra 15 minutes. I walked in. They weren't busy. The waitress was eating. Came over to help me 10 minutes after I walked in. Then she discovered my order was ready all along. I got home, my order was cold and one order cheese was added to my eggs and the other order ham was added to my order. I kept my online receipt.
If I could give zero I would. Don't recommend they have roaches in the booths. When I told our waiter his response was yes pest control came yesterday. No thank you I prefer my food bug free.
This place is under staffed. I waited to be seated for 20 mins with no one else waiting. It had only one waitress helping at least 7 tables it could have been more tables. We left and went to Chick Fila. This was the worst experience ever. I really want to give this place 2 thumbs down.....4 thumbs down if I had them. I wouldn'y recommend this Denny's or location to anyone!
The servers are rude and they had us waiting for 45 minutes when other guest would come in they would sit them roght alway and they kept telling us that we had to wait. very very bad service
My family and I usually have problems there with dine in, as well as takeout, as well as delivery. During dine in, they will most likely forget something and sometimes service is not good. During takeout or delivery, it will take up to probably about 2 hours or so to get your food. Don't expect the food to be good either. They literally served less than a handful of hashbrown, and the eggs were basically edible rubber. Everything was not even considered warm even after getting the food from the restaurant. Bacon, hard, hashbrown, basically spooned, ham, hard and cold, onion rings, cold as well, the sandwhich was pretty good though. Doesn't overtake the bad service though. Wouldn't recommend going here or ordering here. A place I would recommend though would be the Garland Cafe. You can get anything you want, cheaper, better service, better food, homemade taste, and wayyy more food for less. It would be considered rude if you don't have enough space. Denny's needs to work on the place, service, and food.
