I'm giving 2 stats because the womn working the drive thru was doing her absolute best!! The 2 younger girls had their hair down..seemed to be very little help to her, 1 younger gentleman cooing all alone and the 1 girl had her hair in her face where she couldn't be seen with the hat on, watching the woman working the window do everything was crazy! There was another gentleman at the back door but I believe he was getting off woek..he is usually there and also very good, but other than the woman at the window, kids were working amd it's not their fault they weren't trained right at work or home, I don't know which- I spent 80 dollars, after waiting 15 mins for the food in the front, the icecream was melted ..I didn't understand why the younger girls are it before I received my food because it melted,, the lady took it back in and got new ones..I think they were new but maybe juT new lids because they were allelted when I got home and I live 5 Mins away, The absolute worst part was the food was all thrown together, for the price it was outrageous! I found atleast 5 hairs in the tacos, most blonde and 2 black! They went in the trash, I had already eaten half of a taco and am so mad about it, what can I do! My daughters steakfingers were very old! We still have them minus 1, house salad was just lettuce as I asked and 5 dollars for a handful of hamburger lettuce in a banana split container, with what mire than hair on it! Blonde this time, the fish I jaf to wait for was on top of lettuce and pickles, I picked it up because it was soggy and put it in the air fryer only to find black hair under it and just left the entire box for the trash! Nachos were all soggy, my son ate the popcorn chicken and said it was good! The fries all went on the trash and I had wxtra items on my reciept I did not order...I usually go to gross road but they have been getting the order wrong alot lately!! And have some very rude people working there, I think military is normal better than this. Being over charged, finding hair in everything and having to make food at home after spending 80 dollars to me is ridiculous..not going back! Sad because I love DQ so do my kids..but even if you are short staffed..which didn't seem to be the issue you can still deliver quality food to make up for the wait- and pay attention to the reciept!I tried calling last night but no answer..I'm sure they knew people would be calling!The lady at the window was doing her absolute best!
Burger was not well cooked, price exceeds service of food quality.
I love this DQ on yesterday I order my taco salad bowl it was delicious and order a no. 1 got home there was no meat on the burger so I called the lady remember my order she said come back I told her after I eat my salad cause didn't want my bowl to get to soft now am full had to make the 6min drive back they made the burger but I would appreciate another order of fryer's but just a beautiful smile
I went through the drive thru around 8pm, the employees were in there doing a great job, making fresh orders, cleaning in between orders, and providing good customer service. ??
Great service, they're always busy so expect a bit of a waitFriendly serviceIt's always worth it ??
? finally I got the yummy chocolatey milkshake I've been wanting but everywhere was failing making! Oh and if you haven't tried the chillie Frito burger then you missing out! M
I bought 2 crispy tacos from this place and they were delicious. Fresh,hot and friendly service.
I wasn't impressed by the serving of my blizzard order! The cost of a mini blizzard is $3.24. The cup should at least be full. The amount of ice cream and cookie didn't even touch the top of the cup. Very disappointed

This store consistently lies about their hours of operation. Upon checking on the official Dairy Queen website, you would think the hours would be correct but no they are never open when they said they are.
