Great food and good service.
Seated promptly and server was a gem. Eggs and bacon were exactly the way I like. I prefer traditional hash browns so the casserole was simply ok in my opinion. Blue berry pancakes are one of my favorites. I think I was expecting something different. Less blueberries and more batter would have been nice. Also I prefer them with the regular syrup but recommend trying both. Our server mixed two flavored teas and it was amazing. She had never had that request before but she did it for me. It was busy so the wait was longer than usual and a few items were not what I expected. Overall a good meal with great customer service.
The service was very good. The hostess that took my order was very nice and helpful. I am a little disappointed in the portion size for the size. It looked like it was left over from someone else's plate lol
Came at 415 pm,not very busy only 1 area opened for service. food was great. Waiter ASA not so. He preferred to pay attention to his other tables. I asked fora sweet tea refill when he had empty tables. He took it upon himself to stay in the back an not come out until he was sat again at these tables. He proceeded to take their orders an completely be oblivious to me requesting a refill. I had to approach the nearest person available an ask for the refill. His response was I have multiple tables, not just you. In which I responded I understand but I'm about to choke to death on this food I was served. He turned around an walked away. I feel he isn't a great server or had long enough experience at this job.
For this price point, who can complain. You get a table full of food and it's far from breaking the bank. Steak and three eggs for $12. The store was cool too
Took forever.Out of French toast. Who runs out of bread ? But the table next to me got French toast...Got pancakes cold and tasteless.Tea no ice , waitress brought food , brought bill 1 minute after we got our food never saw again.20 bucks and change ...Could have got better food at a fast food restaurant.Tasteless food, terrible service.Won't be back
I literally had the worst experience at this specific location. I ordered online to go and got the chicken n dumplings with mash potatoes and macaroni. The chicken and dumplings were so watery and had very little taste ?. The gray on my mash potatoes looked like it had been sitting for hours. The only thing that I could eat was the Mac n cheese that was decent enough for me to eat.
I really like Cracker Barrel. The french toast is always amazing ?. Everyone in my group enjoyed the food. The service was not optimal.It was the day after Christmas, so there was a lot of people. However, the slow order and delivery of the food should have been prepared for by the restaurant. We never got our knives to cut the french toast. They gave me a set of plastic ware for my son, which had a knife, so I was able to cut his pancakes ?. We are considerate people and left a nice tip even though the service was mediocre.So, be prepared if you go here after a holiday.
I come here quite frequently for dates with my wife. The food is always great. My server was amazing. I just found out I like chicken fried chicken more than chicken fried steak. Oh, and I would definitely recommend the loaded sweet potato. By far my best experience I've had there in a long time
I've eaten at this location several times over the years,so when I decided to order one of their heat and serve Thanksgiving meals I just knew it would be awesome.The curbside pickup is great,the staff wasexcellent,and the pickup process was pretty effortless,but unfortunately the food wasn't so great.I was very disappointed with the taste of the food, especially the cornbread dressing.
