I am very pleased to say this has been the best location I have been too thus far. The past several months I have been to many of the the greater Dallas area Cicis and have done a couple reviews not very appealing ones may I just add. The restaurant was well kept while being very busy. The food area was clean and food presentation was very nice and food was good. I wanted to speak to the manager but had to leave. Although I didn't get to speak with her she deserves to be recognized for her abilities as a manager and leader. She did not just order things to be done she was cleaning and preparing food. The crew was nice and welcomed all who arrived and fair well to all on their way out. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a pleasant, clean environment for families to come and eat.
I would not recommend this place the only professional person was the person that just started working that took my order online once I came in to pick up my pizza I started looking at the kitchen cook I think she said her name was Claudia preparing the pizzas up I seen her prepare five pizza without washing her hands no sanitizer or having on gloves when she realized that I was watching her she sent the new girl to come out and ask me did I need some help and I guess the new girl forgot that I had already ordered and I was just waiting for my food and I told her yes I'm just waiting for my food and that's when she went back in and told her I was waiting for my food and then they immediately got my pizza together to send out of the window not recommended at all because if you don't want anybody watching you prepare food that are for customers are going to eat then that's sad no gloves no sanitizer have also included how dirty the pizza box was and the pizza
This is one of the most friendliest cici's I've been to. The crew is always helpful. I know in these times when keeping staff is difficult I can see that they are doing the best they can. They always greet me by name when I come in ( yes I eat there at least once a week). And on my days off I will drive from Rockwall to this location.
As many times as I have ordered a pan of cinnamon rolls I decided this particular time to have my order delivered to me via Uber because it's just too cold to get out. However, when I opened my cinnamon rolls I get this!! NO ICING, THEYRE ALL PULLED APART, DRY, AND HARD!!NEVER AGAIN!!! AND I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT THIS AINT COOL AT ALL.
By far the worst cicis I’ve been too. They never have fresh pizza and barely put tomato sauce on them. The restaurant has nothing but bad attitude teens working in the back.

OLIVIA IS WONDERFUL! She always keeps pizza up and going for everyone to eat. There was a band of 80+ Kids plus the directors and my friend and our kids were still able to eat pizza. She’s the best I reccommend anytime she’s working. Abby the girl at the door is also amazinggg! Love their service I will be back to see them
Haven’t been to Cici’s in years! Decided to go for lunch today, the pizza was actually fresh and the salad bar was fully stocked which is what I was craving more than the pizza..The employees were nice, but my only complaint is that the place is a mess!! There were less than 10 other customers there, we literally had to go table to table to find a clean one. There were plenty of employees there, this doesn’t have to be an issue, I really don’t like to write reviews but like I said, this store could be so much better if the employees cleaned up..As I was reading the other reviews, it seems like that’s pretty much everyone’s complaint! You’d think with everything going around right now they’d stay on top of the cleaning?
