I been to plenty of Cicis before, but not like this one. I am impressed on how well and smooth this restaurant runs! The manager came and greeted guests/walked around and asked how was everything and even help to clean some plates off the tables. I will definitely be coming back to this location!!!!! I didn’t catch his name but it was the male manager working that evening shift.
I love this location and highly recommend it. The employees and managers are super friendly, and they always have fresh pizza out, as well as a generous variety. I went recently with my boyfriend and they also redecorated it and added a bigger gaming area which is cool. I've been going to this cici's since I was younger and I'm so happy it has not gone downhill.
I would say 3 and a 1/2 stars by the way this place closes at 9 Pizza was good for a buffet pizza salad was OK
This is the best location. We have been to the one On Buckner and on town East and hands down this one is the best. It’s cleaner, bigger and has an awesome arcade. The manager is very friendly and checking to make sure everything is orderly. He even refilled our drinks. It is great that they serve the pasta and salad to keep with safety standards and stop the spread of germs. Kids earned from the arcade points: a stuffed animal, a slinky, a pop it and a hacky sack. We will definitely be back.
This place has great management and staff. They keep everything clean and organized. I haven't enjoyed a Cicis in a very long time. I highly recommend this place.
This was my first time eating here and it was actually pretty good. Mike the owner was running around hustling and bustling in order to make sure that everyone was full and happy. I will definitely be back.
The one in Old Mesquite is a lot better than the other ones. Very clean and nice polite work staff.
Best Cicis in North Texas , no competition. Best customer service and pizza always fresh. Location is ultra clean .
I absolutely love this place, today I came in and they were SUPER KIND the manager was super kind he came and took my dirty dishes he always had a smile in his face super happy and also refilled my cup. The place was super clean super friendly I love this and I be coming again.
I haven't been to Cicis in quite a long time. However it is what it is. Buffet Pizza. Not the best pizza. But not the worst. My family loves it due to it being a buffet. Which is a great plus. Will go back again.
