This Chipotle location on Town East Boulevard is in desperate need of service and cleanliness improvements. By far, the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The lines are long and the food preppers are slow. The dining room is filthy and so is the condiments and soft drinks area. The food area where all the ingredients are is very much dirty and not appetizing.I’m sure they have staffing shortages because we didn’t see many people working there. Food was still tasty after all.
I love chipotle and theirs food however I am going to give a bad review because I care about this place, hoping that they can address their issues. Every time I go to a place cleanliness it’s a big one for me as I think that everyone deserves to eat and I clean place. The line today was about a half a mile long, took about 35 minutes to get a burrito, which I think is ridiculous for a fast food place. When I got to the counter I noticed there was plenty of food except the person doing the burritos was struggling he seemed like she was fairly new and lack of experience was obvious..The countertop was messy with a combination of all kinds of food. Lots of tables available but they were all dirty, ice machine filthy, very little silverware no napkins in the Station. I’m not blaming the employees as everyone is nice here, this is a poor management issue. You guys charge plenty of money for rice and beans you should Be making enough profit to train people well, and keep the place clean for everybody, regardless of the situation I just don’t think people deserve this kind a mess.
Horrible service, this is the second time I order on the app and my bowl is almost empty. I had ordered extra rice and beans and they barely put any beans on it. It only had a few pieces of chicken. I guess never ordering from the app again if you want your food to be made right you have to go up there and see the exact amount that is being served for it to be right.
I place my order through the DoorDash and that’s I received after my first delivery I call them and DoorDash reordered and same thing I receivedHorrible
Love going to this Chipotle. The lines are long but they always move fast. Food is cooked just right. I ordered the chicken bowl with brown rice, all was delicious.
The lines are long, I stopped ordering online because your food is never ready. The food is pretty decent. I will give a 4 due to the wait. The crew is pleasant, they just need more help.
They are charging more for less... I usually make 3-4 meals out of a bowl. Chicken was a little overcooked and alot of excess liquid in my bowl from the barbacoa but it was delicious none the less.
Pretty good place, although the line was long they moved in a timely manner.
I order a burrito bowl for lunch And a piece of metal was in my bowl.Try contacting the restaurant about the issues but they can’t even answer the phone. Went back to store spoke to manager and she just standing there looking at me crazy for being upset she was no helpful at all .
terrible service from the workers the girl with the curly hair mixed chick and guy name Ernesto showed no sympathy when my food was made wrong and they gave attitude when corrected every time I come here it's an issue but only with the younger workers.... The girl stormed off after I asked for manager into the kitchen and left my food sitting on the rail leaving someone else to have to interfere.... Another person told the manager I needed them and the manager didn't show good customer service at all she ignored my concerns and went over to the Mobile orders and told me to let the guy behind me in front all of my food was still sitting and not finished getting things and was already cold. I'm calling corporate first thing in the morning and having a chat with the owner of this location.... I'm no longer going to this location because if I do I might come with the owner just to show them how these people act...
