Hands down the BEST potato soup I’ve ever had!
I come to the mesquite location often and I'm never disappointed. You have some great servers here. Especially Juan and Maddy they never disappoint.

Came to this location the first time this weekend and Juan was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and made us laugh and made sure we enjoyed our meal and our time here. #feltlikefamily
It was the worse experience I’ve had at a chili’s and I won’t be back. The service sucked the food was cold and I waited 30 minutes to get a beer. My daughter didn’t receive her food till 20 minutes after everyone else. Definitely horrible
It doesn’t take much to make me happy at a restaurant. But when I’m ordering the lunch special and say wow 3 bucks extra for a molten cake that sounds tempting. I ordered it. So I end up getting the full size 10 dollar cake because she states I ordered a lava cake. Even though I said what I said. And I wanted a active volcano. I got a dormant one. The chocolate was solid in the middle. Other than that food was good.

If i could huge a 0 star i would. Manager Chris had no respect for customers. We had to wait 2 hours before we were even brought drinks. His excuse was we do not have any staff yet here continues to walk around and do nothing. The tableacross from us was not cleaned even now and i informed him that it should get cleaned. He ignored and said it's not my job. Well Chris you should not be in management at all. Do not go to the chili's by town east mall service is horrible every time.
This location used to be good but now you can tell it's being ran by people who really don't care. Decided to come give them a second chance after a not so great visit. Food was cold!! Server never came back to the table.Manager finally came out after about 30 minutes of me trying to flag somebody down. By the time she came by my husband and kids were out the door, horrible!! Bathrooms are disgusting and could use a deep cleaning by the way. Won't be coming back!
If I could give this location 0 stars for lack of customer service and poor communication, I absolutely would! I waited an hour for my food just to arrive and someone had taken my to-go order, and I had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes with no employee around asking if I needed help. There was a line that started to form, with absolutely no one acknowledging that there were people waiting for their orders. Once I finally received my food, my order was wrong. The servers did not apologize nor try to fix my order. Very unsatisfied with this establishment.
