The only reason I'm giving this a 4 star is because my food was not placed in a bag and the price given is assuming you are paying with credit card. If there is a higher fee for using a credit card then it needs to be communicated at the ordering process on shown on the menu board. Give your patrons the option to pay in cash or credit card. Otherwise, my food was great as usual and the service is always friendly.
Normally, visit a different chicken restaurant, but decided to give them a chance. It was very good and it was hot. The staff was pleasant. I was impressed. I will definitely visit again
Passing through on a road trip we stopped in Very fast service the manager Irene was very attentive to our order she made sure everything was fresh made to order excellent customer service

MANAGEMENT ordered 3 piece fish got 2 no tarter saucemy meal sat on the table couple of minutesGirls worried about their nails and phones2 men up front one actually working. the other, probably the manager practicing his dance moves no hair nets at one point her hair was actually on the table will never go back gave one star because the tea was actually good
The service at this location has gotten progressively worse each time we visit. This time I had to wait several minutes after I pulled up to the microphone to place my order. It’s the 2nd time they’ve forgotten the gravy with a family order. Neither the corn nuggets nor fried pickles were cooked all the way. I’d rather drive across town than have another poor experience.
This is the last time I take my family or friends here to this location. 3 reasons:1. Normally it is okay to exchange a second side for the drink. This visit, that was no longer an option. OK.2. I asked for green beans, received fries. OK.3. This location now charges a 3% charge for all card use. This is straight theft on the franchises part against the customer. The customer didn't choose to renovate the location. The franchise did. Passing that cost onto the customers which have kept this establishment afloat for years is a crime against humanity. One i won't stand for and one i don't think the customers of any establishment should stand for because it's 3% now and tomorrow it's 5%. Where do we draw the line. We draw it here. Avoid this establishment like the plague. I will tell everyone I know to do the same. Wish you all the best.PS: i hope your loss of business was worth .56 cents
Good chicken but the staff really needs to pay more attention to the orders. The last two times I've gone through the drive through they shorted me gravy and rolls and didn't give me my military discount
Okra was soggy and mushy. Sweet tea was NOT sweet at all. Rolls were cold and hard. Ordered 15 tenders and we only got 11 tenders, literally 11!Will not be going to this chicken express ever again.
This place gets no stars from me. There are nothing but teenagers working here. A young lady stuck her fingers in her mouth and then prepared my food. I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN. AND THEN ON TOP OFF THAT I ASKED FOR MY MEAL TO BE MADE AGAIN AND NOT BY THE PREVIOUS GIRL. THEY PROCESSED A REFUND IN WHICH I DID NOT ASK. THE FUNDS WERE PLACED BACK ON MY CARD IN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. So now I have no food and money to buy food. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!
This use to be the best chicken strip place in mesquite. The past few times we have been our rolls have been burnt. Should not sell them that way. The chicken strips small and hard. It has changed.
