Very crowded but I love their system they have to move fast
Bad experience I worked 10 years forchick fil a and I didn't treated customers like this manager treated me.even I worked for this operator.He may not have an idea what this girl is doing.
I rarely come here even when I’m at the mall. I chose to eat here today and it took 15 minutes to even receive my order! The manager was talking and laughing with other employees skipping my order. She gave everyone else their order that came AFTER me. I won’t be returning.
I'm ecstatic at this point my third time askn for 3 sauces and I just receive one I'm beginning I need to shop elswhere
I miss the order board. . Feel rushed in line. Need to know what the different things are. I am a fairly new customer. So it helps to see the menus. I ordered a drink. Did not want to hold up the line. Too bad wanted to feed my family. Instead drove to Cannes. And got to order from menus. Littlest sad it's not your food. Oh well it's a thought. Let us see the options. We all are not regulars there. .
They don't sell chicken soup neither yogurt at this location.......very disappointed ?
It was really busy but they got our order out fast and my chicken nuggets were great - it's nice to have this choice in Town East Mall

They were busy a few employees were rude and not smiling and telling you to have a good day or even thank you
Place was always busy as usual but the staff handled it pretty well and I got my food and drink within a reasonable amount of time. Service was courteous and professional!
