My husband and I haven't been here in a while. We came Sunday afternoon after church, the wait time was about 30 mins. We sat in the middle sun room, our servers Pooh and Channing were amazing. Very attentive, they made sure we had everything we needed from the start! I ordered the creamy garlic tilapia & shrimp and my husband got the country fried steak and of our they're amazing honey croissants. Everything was delicious. The only downside was there were a bunch of pesky flies that kept flying over our booth. We had to keep waving them off. Overall, our experience was pleasant. We will continue to come here. Comfort food for sure!
Will never go back or recommend to anyone. Its pretty much ran down. Overworked and dreary workers. When we arrived I asked the greeter for a high chair and booster chair for my children. He never brought it or acknowledged that he forgot. He instead walked back and forth past us 3x without saying a word. I went and retrieved it for myself and it was filthy to say! Our waiter proceeded to bring us COLD croissants and dirty plates (pictured below). I mean EVERY SINGLE SERVING DISH WAS VISIBLY DIRTY. We ordered drinks but somehow my order was lost, so we received the drinks AFTER our food. The drink was prepared poorly so I asked for it to be replaced. We had to wait a while for that one as well. Lastly, the food we ordered was made incorrectly. At this point I lost my appetite from frustration. Asked to speak to a supervisor and someone came who did NOT look like a supervisor. She just offered a discount on our meal but didn't seem to concerned about the poor service. Never again!
This Cheddar's is always busy! I was told the wait time would be 45 minutes but it was more like 25-30 minutes which was great! Our server was very nice. Order came out quickly and the food was good. Those honey butter croissants are the devil but so good!
When walking through the door the hostess was very outgoing, very upbeat and I love it. Once we got to the table our waiter was very dry, didn't introduced himself nor was able to greet us until we got his attention. After having dinner and getting through it he came around. I was looking for that friendly service through and through but didn't get it until the very end.
Unfortunately we been having to do curbside during pandemic but this place has never let us down. We order most time the family meal salmon promo. Delicious! Place usually packed but they mostly have order on time with not much waiting. Can't wait until we go back inside!!
I had visited Cheddar’s on Sunday the 9, 2022 at about 830 pm, I would like to say my experienced was wonderful.The hostess greeted us our waiter was very attentive, the food was perfect and the manager who I didn’t meet was also awesome,.It was cold in the area that I was seated in, our waiter spoke with the manager to adjust the temperature. The temperature was adjusted to a comfortable temperature.Thanks for the outstanding services, I also want to note it was about an hour and a half before the restaurant was closing excellent service.
We had went to Cheddar’s in Mesquite Texas and it was pretty good. Atmosphere is great, cleanliness is awesome. I had Tilapia and Shrimp with Coleslaw (awesome) and corn. my wife had Tilapia green beans (she did not like it) and corn. I would say 4.0 from a 5.0 star. It was the green beans and they did not refresh my soda. We will be back..
As always the food was good. Cheddars is my favorite restaurant!! It was my first time being at THIS LOCATION!! It was very busy. We sat at bar & a lot of dishes were on the back counter!!!! It looked nasty & made the restaurant seem very unclean.. Took them an hour to remove the dishes. Manager stayed at bar making drinks but wouldn't remove the dishes!!!
I can say the food was amazing but the waitress is very rude. The food brought out from a different waitress which was more rude. The waitress who waited on us was like bothered we sat in her section.1 please take your time to pick the pot pie it’s so good recommended it2 the wrap as are perfect in a kick of good spice3 it kinda had a smell if someone was smoking the wrong stuff when we walk in and could just been outside airBut overall remember the staff is always worked hard. But always put a smile on your face when serving and be kind. Sometimes us as customers can be going through stuff.Food was amazing and the last lady we spoke to was very kind and very nice..
We were seated fairly quick. Our waiter had 6-7 tables to serve, so quality of service was adversely impacted. No kids' menus or crayons. When asked, no reason was given. The croissants were still tasty!!
