We typically have have a great experience. Our last visit not so much, grant it we were made aware our server was new so we took that into consideration. First off, we waited 30 minutes to be offered drinks, once drinks were served...we ordered an appetizer along with our meals. Expecting our appetizer first, 45min went by and nothing. Our server was not keeping us posted and was hard to track. She finally appears with our meals and when asked about the chips and queso...replied it was coming up also. At this point we told her we didn't need it anymore as our meal was being served already. After that she must have gotten upset because we were not ever checked on for refills and even at the end once we were done (napkins on trays and empty drinks) we weren't approached for our check. We had to walk up to the front desk to check out. I understand she was new, but common sense was the only thing required to see that we were done and not given our check. She passed our table a number of times.

We ask the manager and she ask us if we ware trying to get a discountWe tell her that we dint want discount we ware just want it to talk to the managerAnd she when to go get him and manger told us the fry feeder are not normal on wingsBut everything else was good
Late dinner at this place and it was just over all nasty! The boneless wings over cooked! Told the waitress she took them back and then within 2 mins a Manager brought the same wings back just dipped in more sauce! The exact same wings that I just complained about! Services was ok could of been better!
I truly love Buffalo Wild Wings, but they need to step up their game. I don't appreciate the fact that you now have to pay extra for veggies with your wings, and this is what you get. Have some pride...seriously! I would never serve something that looks like this!
Came in 3/24/2022 around 6:30 pm as soon as I walked in there was no host there to seat customers. There was a bunch of employees walking around and no one asked us if we needed to be seated, just acting like they didn't see us waiting. Then one employee finally asked which she was nice to even acknowledge us she told an other employee if we could sit on her side and the employee complained on her not sitting us on her section which was very inappropriate. Then the employee who acknowledged us sat us and she assisted us and we told her we didn't want to sit at the other girls side for her being rude and saying stuff to the point we heard she obviously didn't want to do her job. From there the first girl did handle us the rest of the time which she was nice and on top of it. It is very unpresentable for employees to be complaining about their job in front of customers it doesn't look good for the establishment.
Haley was our waitress and she was so nice, and attentive, constantly checking up on us to see if we needed anything and to check if our food and drinks were good. From the moment we sat down till we left she was great and always had a smile on her face. Thank you Haley for your kindness and great customer service!Food was great as well everything was the way we ordered it. Thank you Haley we appreciate you!
Always short staff causing waiting 45 minutes to a hour
Brought my brother here to watch the playoff game for his birthday and our waitress was amazing. Very attentive and great attitude. Didn't get her name but she had purple curly hair.
Horrible they better be glad I'm not one of those people that complain about their food touching each other. Service is poorly there is never anybody at the front. I did an online order they told me my order will be ready at 9:10 pm got there at 8:59 had to wait for someone to come to the front. Finally someone came told the lady I placed a online order, for her to go to this big heating machine got my order out. That tells me my order been ready. Need to fix that problem asap cause my food was luke warm?
Service not so great , waited 43 minutes for wings only to get them served cold … changed daily specials and went up prices … ?????ordered appetizers and never received them
