Yesterday was my first time going to Bubba's 33 on a recommendation. Place was packed, so we were able to get the big table back of the bar for our group. Simon our waiter was awesome helping with food orders, mixed drinks suggestions.I would highly suggest ordering the Garlic Knots right when you get there. I had the Chicken and Bacon Mac & Cheese. Great portion for the price.
I'm on the fence about the food. My friends daughter had the steak and it was very fatty, it didn't look like a $20 steak. The salads are great! My kids chicken strips looked like burnt shriveled up chicken. The sweet potato fries are bomb diggity. The rain started coming through the ceiling and an employer just put a bucket on the table...rain continued to splatter on our food and I had to ASK for a discount for the food we weren't able to finish. However, Simon the waiter is amazing! He was happy, helpful and on his game. Not sure if I'll go back but definitely the best experience with wait staff I've had in a while which was very refreshing.
We choose this restaurant because we were able to being our puppy on the patio. Meal was delish. Service was friendly. Patio music is too loud. People at other tables had the same complaint...If you want to socialize, don't pick the patio, eat inside or go elsewhere.
The food is outstanding. Some of the best I’ve had in dfw. But the staff is indescribable. Tj the manager made us feel so welcome it was fabulous! Then on our second visit to have Tj remember us on sight gave me a warm friendly/family kind of feeling. It’s rare to have that type of experience after only two visits in such a large city. I have zero complaints. And I want to give the highest of kudos to manager Tj! He made all the difference!!!! Because of the welcome we receive and the mouth watering food we will absolutely be loyal customers!!! Tj deserves a raise!!!!

03/28/2022: switched it up and stopped in on Monday - place was clean and all employees hustling! Tried something different, ordered the teriyaki wings for starters and they were excellent with perfect flavor and a side of celery and ranch.Had chicken tenders dinner salad and steamed broccoli. Fresh fresh fresh. The broccoli was perfect and the chicken tenders were just that. Tender!Perfect meal.03/17/2022:Dropped by and ended up slightly disappointed service-wise. Juli and TJ got the evening back on track.Thanks for the experience.
2nd visit. While pleased with the fried pickles they didn't have lemon pepper flavored wings ??♀️. Needless to say I just went on ahead and settled for just fried seasoned wings and that wasn't a good outcome! Bottom line is you don't get exceptional service here! I mean two different managers/ supervisors came walked around and checked on the customers but that doesn't negate the fact that the food is not a one after my second visit. In all my first visit it wasn't well either! I don't know

Great!! Bleu Burger was perfect!! Onion rings crunchy as a should be. Waitress great too
