I only have 3 stars because the assistant manager was really nice. I ask for a burger with mustard and no mayo. I get my burger it’s mayo. So I went through the drive thru again. I explain that I ask for mustard and not mayo both ladies were nice and said they would remake it. All they did was added mustard on top of mayo. At this point I just ask for refund.
Busy depending on the time and ifnu ever been here you know why!!! The ice cream is great- and so is the hot foods!!!! I always go for the double cheeseburger and crinkle cut fries and as far as the ice cream I do Orange/lime sherbet or the chocolate chip and vanilla!! I've been going here since I was a kid so it never disappoints! If u never been make it a point to check them out!
It was an enjoyable experience. The line for food was relatively short, however the line for ice cream was almost out of the doors. We didn't have a long wait for our order. It was just the right temperature and portion size for us.
Very busy on Saturday morning. Wait not too long. Food is good , service was a little slow , to be understood due to high traffic.I had sticker shock at the register , almost $30 for breakfast...and they were proud of it..lol
I tried giving this Braums a 2nd chance, but it seems they don't care about customer service. First it was messed up orders. Second it was uncooked food. Now its lack of customer service and people skills. If they don't like their job maybe they should look for another & they should LEARN how to talk to customers. I went in, asked for a particular flavor of icecream. I asked "do you have THIS flavor?" the response was just like a blunt "NO" like they wanted me to get OUT of there..They need to LEARN how to speak to people..I would have given them 0 stars but the lowest was a 1 star
This location always appears to be overwhelmingly busy: inside and out. However, the service, and the food is worth the wait. I do wish they were like Chick-fil-A were the employees take the orders to make the line go a little faster and smoother. Even though, the lines are ridiculous long they make up with it in customer service and food.
I stopped here during awful weather, on my way to visit my husband in the VA hospital. He wanted a vanilla malt.Both the person who took my order and my money and the one who presented me with my drink were exceptionally kind. I left there feeling better than when i arrived.The malt was good too :)
Place is always packed but they will quickly get your order. Love taking my kids here for a nice dessert. Staff is friendly and attentive
Love braums its my favorite ice cream shop it has a thousand flavors well maybe less than a thousand but if you are craving for a weird flavor they sure have it
Speedy drive thru knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The frozen yogurt twist favor ice cream cone was very delicious and filling.
