WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD! The waitress was more concerned playing with a balloon and snapping towels at other staff then waiting on her table. We received our salad seconds before our meal. Drinks took 20 minutes to get, and then she messed up and didn’t give us the special when we all ordered it! And the manager on duty was no better… we complained to her and only got a 15$ discount on one ticket (the 90$ one) and 22$ off (the smaller ticket). The only good thing was the food!
Wow! Visit! Eat! Go! We were pleasantly surprised by this location. Over the years, the Town East Mall location has quite frankly had several challenges. While leery, we decided to have a few drinks at the location. We are so happy that we took the plunge! Not only did we have drinks, but found ourselves partaking of some awesome burgers. And when I say awesome, they were! Not only was the food great, but our server (Jamey) was remarkable. Please ask for her when you visit. The GM (Rebecca) stopped by, and she too was quite pleasurable. The overall experience was great. Jamey suggested a couple of beers, and she provided a few free samples as well. If you in the area, I recommend giving this place a visit!
The staff are always so friendly and the food is delicious!! The portion sizes are very filling and I always need a To-Go box. I've had a good experience each time I've visited here. We'll certainly be back!!
Great food and really great beer. I wish they would can the bourbon stout.
I forget the name of the young lady who greeted us at the door Saturday evening but she was very sweet and got us seated right away. Kevin was so amazing and made our Mommy+Son dinner date fun and exciting. Thanks so much Kevin <3 The food was good as well
I went to Bjs for my good friends B-day. We were so very excited and hungry. As soon as we arrived we were soon treated terrible. As I’m typing this the manager has been giving very distasteful looks and pointing aggressively at my table. This is unacceptable! He was heated because we had a party of 11. We were very distraught and saddened by the service. Usually in the past this place has always had good service. We hope this was just a one time thing.
I give this place a 10 out of 10. Me and my family loved it place looked so elegant and clean food looked amazing an pretty tasted great. Definitely recommend. Will def be going back

We was one of the very last customers last night 02/17/2022 our waitress was petite we wish we got her name cause she deserved a lot more than the $20 tip ?
So glad BJs has survived the pandemic. Their deep dish pizza has the perfect crispy crust and moist ingredients.
