VERY GOOD BBQ MEATS, GREAT SIDES AND THE FRIED PIES! All offerings are fantastic and the fried pies are to die for!When we stopped in to eat, we were met with extreme hospitality and big smiles! Sharon, Karen & Giselle have mastered the art of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is apparent that the staff at Bakers Ribs/Galloway Ave/Hwy80 Mesquite truly value their patrons!Definitely 5+++ Stars! So if you have the opportunity, treat yourself to EXCELLENT FOOD, BIG SMILES & ENJOY THAT OH SO RARE FEELING OF BEING A VALUED CUSTOMER!
Went thru the drive thru and the gentleman at the window was great. Food was excellent.People had some reviews saying the meat was dry but I didn't have that issue. The pork and turkey was both moist and delicious. I loved their take on the pasta salad with peppers, very good.
The worst lunch experience ever. Ordered a chop beef sandwich combo and wanted a couple of ribs on the side. When he told me the price I was floored (he charged me for a whole order). As I was asking him about the price I observers the chef throw a big hunk of fat in sandwiche as big around as a coke can. When I spoke up the chef immediately started apologizing, he know that was not cool. So I asked for my money back, after several minutes of not being able to open the register, they gave me money from their wallet. Poor poor management. Have patronizing this establishment for 25yrs, can't say I'll be back.
We always order our turkey for Thanksgiving from a BBQ place. This year, we chose Baker’s Ribs and it was DELICIOUS! We have found a new favorite! Thank you!!!
After a terrible experience in the drive through where they gave me dry brisket on more than one occasion I decided to go inside to get something to eat before going to work. I was the only one in the entire restaurant so I figured it would take a couple of minutes at least for them to prepare my order. There were 3 cars in the drive through and 2 that pulled up while I was there. I paid for my food and attempted to find a clean table to eat at. There wasn’t even one. 5 people were there but only 2 were actually working in between the times where they were so relaxed that they were playing around with each other. No masks, no hairnets, no gloves. I waited around 15-20mims until I just couldn’t wait anymore. They served every drive thru customer and never got around to making mine. They gave me a refund and a “sorry bout that” and then they went back to conversing and playing with each other. $17 is a lot to pay for one meal when no one wants to make it or give customer service. I won’t be going back to this location.
This place is awesome. I love the sides. It is some of the best BBQ in Mesquite.

My 1st time visiting and I did not like it. Meat was not cooked correctly, more fat and grease, fries not cooked completely as well. I had 2 plates chop/ sliced beef with fries. I have pictures but don't see where or how to post them.
