Bad customer service a check out, wouldn't honor my card from my doctor telling them know I've had a surgery and only should be charged at the kids price a child would eat more than I do. I've eaten at the same establishment in other cities and have never had a problem when it came to the honoring my card from my doctor. I asked for the owner was told there was no manager there and they also didn't want to give me the name and information of the owner. The one piece of chicken that I ate was not Good and very hard, the roast was tender but had no season on it. Overall this was a very disatisfying experience.
I will never go there again. Walk in and people are so rude. They sat us at a table that was not cleaned yet. They were doing that to everyone. The food was not good. Food tasted old, frozen, dry, and stale. Was getting nauseous in the restaurant. Then attended the restroom. A staff member used the restroom and walked straight back to the kitchen without washing their hands. Immediately left after that. Needless to say the food didn't stay with me.
This is the third time of me eating here. Poor food quality, some of it was not fresh and some of it tasted disgusting, the sushi did not taste like sushi, the Crawfish was overcooked and was not fresh , the service was okay ,other than the server asking me to pay earlier than I needed to, however ,I did like the real ice cream. I had to tempory diarrhea after eating here!
Food was hot, that is about all I will give it as far as good goes. Bland. I couldn't drop enough soy sauce on the house fried rice to make it flavorful. The wonton soup was okay to drink, but biting into the wonton made me want to gag. The flavor was so off and tasted soured. The General Tso's chicken was bland, but gave a tingle of spice heat, nothing else. The house lo mein tasted like watered down chow mein. It was awful. Hot and Sour soup, again.. bland. Zero flavor. I wasted 50 bucks with a 20% tip.
I have no problem with the food or the waitresses at this place my problem is with the rudeness of the hostess. I asked if we could be seated in another table and she bluntly said "NO I can not do that." She said I can bring up another chair so you can sit here. We were seated at a table for 6 and we were 7 with a baby in a stroller.
Cleaner environment than Ocean Buffet fast friendly service good fresh food.
The table that we seated is dirty/oily. The food were mediocre. For the price of $13-14 is about right. I rather pay more for better quality foods. This will be my first and last time here.
Food was terrible and cold. Low mein noodles smelled like they were going bad . I wouldn't reccomend
If I could leave zero stars...I definitely would because this place is trash. I had previously thought that you couldn't mess up Chinese food but congratulations Asian Buffet
