I took my 2 daughters and one of their friends to dinner here. The food was ok. The food quality seemed pretty poor and most of ut tasted like it had been frozen and reheated in the microwave. My daughter's friend found a hair in his Chicken Alfredo pasta.Our server was friendly, but a bit forgetful. We witnessed the cops having to be called due to an unruly bar patron who had been cut off and was throwing a yelling, screaming tantrum in the restaurant. It was very uncomfortable being there, but the kids had their hearts set on staying to eat dinner so we did. Needless to say, it was an experience and one that we don't want to repeat.
Food was average. Make sure you check your screen at the table. We were going to be charged for someone else's meal. Had to point it out. Never got our appetizer but they were still going to charge us. Had to sit across from two younger people who were acting inappropriate. It was freezing and we finally had to leave. Never finished my meal.
Customer Service is crucial for any business but especially in restaurant business/industry. With that being said let me just say the wait staff at this location was absolutely horrible. There wasn't a hostess or greeter at the front so the bartender seated us, we were close to the kitchen area and he asked some of the waitresses, which was about 2 or 3 of them, standing around if they would wait on us. They all said no, so he took our drink order and the food order for the small children with us. This just didn't sit right with me. So, we decided to leave, asked for the check and to speak with the manager. Spoke to the manager, informed her about what happened, she apologized asked if we washed to be relocated to another area. We kindly declined, asked for the check, paid for our drinks and left. I have never experienced anything like this to my face. I am not going to beg you to serve me and will not tolerate being disrespected. I've worked in a restaurant before so, I know how it is but their behavior was not only rude but it cost the company money and future customers.
Awful experience!!! Online order.. Ribs were burnt, hard, dry and tough. Left on hold 20 mins when making replacement order. Drove there still on hold, no one ever returned. Pickup window was dirty, ants crawling on countertop. Mgr just killed ants w/bare hand, never wiped counter down. Servers wearing no gloves & masks hanging down. I shudder to think what's going on in the kitchen where you can't see. Never again for me!!!
Insane!!!!! The bartender admitted that the General Manager makes them pour bottom shelf tequila in patron bottles and other top shelf bottles! Never again will I spend any money there.!!!!!!! The managers are jokes. The employees walk around cussing and smelling like drugs and the manager do nothing!!!!! The store is dirty. . Horrible location. Dear apple Bees headquarters! Please close this location and reset the leadership team. This is 1000% a leadership [email protected]@. You stealing people's money by doing this! Fake patron! Who does that!
I had the Oriental Chicken Salad with crispy chicken. The chicken was way over done. I couldn't get my fork in it. It also tasted like it was fried in old oil. The service was excellent.
Our Uber Eats order was just delivered. The appetizer was missing in action. The side of broccoli decided not to come with the order for some reason. My girlfriends ribs decided not to come with the sauce that she ordered as well. Could have spent $50 plus on literally anything else than this trash.
Steak very bitter I order medium rare ,it came out more like medium well . The meat of the steak was very stretchy,non tender, and not good overall
We waited several minutes before a hostess arrived to the hostess stand and were seated. We were given menus by the hostess. We then waited at least 20 minutes at our table for someone to come and take our orders. No one even acknowledged we were there. We left without speaking to anyone and went next door to Twin Peaks to eat, where we were greeted immediately and had a great meal!
I will NEVER go back.The service was lacking to say the least.Even the clientele was rude, obnoxious and childish.This would be my second time. The first time they wouldn't even seat us. Ignored for 25 minutes so we left.The food? Not worth the trouble of the horrible experience. BEWARE!
