ZERO STARSI had a horrible experience at Wingstop McKinney Custer at 1217645 Custer Rd Ste 420, McKinney, TX 75070Towne Crossing near Target, Custer Rd just north of 121It was roughly 745pm and after not eating all day I chose Wingstop over 2 other competitors (Pluckers and WingSnob).I called and placed my order over the phone. I took my Girlfriend to pick up her chickfila then proceeded to wingstop. I walked inside, waited in line, and paid for my food.I then sat down and waited bc my food was not ready at the time of payment. When my name is called I get up to pick up my order and this is when my experience went down hill fast. The “Lead” asks me to pay again. I told her I had previously paid with the cashier 3ft from her and he nods his head but that still was not enough proof. She tells me she had to log on to his register and double check bc he’s “New”All this while there’s a line at least 5 ppl deep so to avoid the wait AGAIN I then proceeded to log on to my bank account where my last transaction was clearly Wingstop. (I have a pic for proof). She’s telling me that that’s not accurate and she needs me to pay again. I question her bc if the transaction is clearly in my bank statement why would she not give me my food. I asked for her name which she refused to give.At this point I ask to see the manager which she then brings over. A young girl by the name of Patience. I start explaining what happened and then this “Lead” cuts off her manager and started refusing to give me my food AGAIN. I told her, “ Look here’s proof that I paid, why you need to see the register again is beyond me. I’m gonna grab my food and go.” Then the “Lead” SNATCHES the bag from me and slams it back behind the kitchen and came back and kicked the counter in aggression which she claimed she was closing a counter door. All this while there where many guests in lobby as well.At that point I had requested the manager name and Lead which again was refused. I asked to know who the owner was and all the lead said was “we’re corporate“The disrespect and treatment I received was atrocious. I get home and the first thing I do is get on the Wingstop cooperate contact us link and explain my disbelief and POOR service I had just received. I asked for IMMEDIATE CONTACT.It has been a week and still have not received any kind of email or call. This is now my second attempt to be heard.

Lady at the front, and I say lady being nice but it was a child. Looked at her phone the whole time I was placing an order and rang up $18 bucks more than what it should be. She said I asked for a combo and I told her that she wouldn’t know being on her phone. I told her to just forget it and I’d go to another location. I’m sure not all Wingstops are this horrible

I ordered the fries with jalapeno cheese sauce, and the cheese was nowhere even near tasting like jalapeno. When I called this location and let them know they said it WAS jalapeno flavored-it was not-it was regular cheese sauce. Also they take forever to answer the phone. My fries were wilted and mushy- i haven't visited a Wingstop in about 3 years but I don't remember the fries tasting like that. The wings were good, but overall the food quality has gone down at Wingstop. They don't even sell potato salad anymore and the combos no longer come with 2 sides like I remember- you have to pay extra. I don't think I will return.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, it’s definitely not the same. The quality of service and food is horrible. My last visit I ordered thighs which was my first time ordering. I waited around 50 mins The cashier was running the register and helping the workers in kitchen with no gloves.( I made sure she did not prepare my food) Everyone was sliding on water or oil in the kitchen. Reminded me of Churches Chicken. My thighs were so tiny and hard. I wondered is this really chicken! I couldn’t believe it! I was too tired and angry to take them back PLUS I will NEVER go back to this location! If you want outstanding customer service ,guaranteed fresh food and real chicken thighs visit the Wingstop in Allen on McDermott . They are the absolute best!

I went out of my way to order from this Wingstop (McKinney) because my closest location (Frisco) has very bad service. I placed an online order at this location and their web page gave me an estimated time of 45-55 min which would put me there 10-15 min before they closed. I got to location at the stated time and saw they already had their lights off. I walked in and stated I was their to pick up and gave them my name and the woman behind the counter tells me they didn't have my order. I asked if someone had taken it by mistake or what exactly had happened. They explained to me that it was closing time so they threw my oder in the trash. I asked why they would do that if there was still 10 min before 12 and she just rudely responded "it's closing time we don't have it". Why does their website give out orders at 10 minutes before closing if they're just going to throw it away? My son and I waited nearly an hour only to have our food thrown away and come back empty handed. I wanted to see if we could find a better location we could buy from even if we had to drive farther & it turned out worse for us.

Absolute worst wingstop. I would avoid this location at all costs unless you want the worst experience. The food orders made wrong, cold food and the terrible staff.

The restaurant not having menus only and having the qrc code is not a good idea bring back menus. I couldn't even see what I wanted.

Long wait time while store wasn’t busy. Ordered take out, was told 20 minutes and when I came back inside 20 minutes later I waited unassisted in the front for 5 minutes while registers and restaurant were left unattended. When someone finally came out from the back, that is when they started to prepare my order. My order was completely wrong. Wrong flavor and ignored my request of extra dry rub. Poor service without apologies. Won’t be back to this location.

Don’t order when you are hungry. It takes 40 minutes to get overpriced food.

I know times are hard, but the quality of the food has gone way down. I placed an online order with more than 60 mins before pick-up. The food was ready this time (waiting for an online order has been a problem with the last couple of orders)... But the fries had no seasoning and the chicken thighs were the tiniest I have ever seen. Not even sure why they would prepare and sell these?
