Made a pickup order and when my wife made it home my order was incorrect (Corn Shortage) and the fries were soggy. When we call and noticed, we were told to come back to get missing corn. After telling them of the inconvenience of that method, they will reimburse us for just that portion of missing corn. After time passes, we reached out to gain clarity because we didn’t see a refund. They “then” said it’s a store credit, if so, never even told us how this was obtained anyways. After I asks for a manager (Ann), she gets on the phone with rudest attitude yelling on the phone. I will be stopping by until I now get the general manager. We over looked many mistakes by this location before this. DO NOT BUY HERE, YOU WAS WARN.
Fast and efficient with orders, clean environment, customer service is amazing, the people who work there are very kind and understanding
Wings were very small, very hard and had no flavor. Fries were old and burnt.
Fast and tasty wings, dine in is apparently closed, only open for takeout and delivery partners. Mango habanero & the hot are the best flavors and non spicy go for the lemon pepper or garlic Parmesan. The fries are to die for. Carrots and celery are available for a substitution.
Ordered online, waited more than 2 hours, called spoke to Hannah who could not initially locate my order and was not very helpful or service centered or compassionate, very confusing conversation. Ultimately delivery never arrived and we had to debate refund from picking up our wings from the store. Normally not this much of a bad experience with Wingstop.

Just picked up my order and my 5 year old dinner wasnt there...I know mistakes happens but really. Who checking orders....thats why im giving a one star....pretty sad...
Ordered and waited inside for 12 piece. Got home and there were only 9 pieces. When we called to explain what happened she offered 6 pieces right now, or a credit in store for later. We opted to come in she changes the number to five instead. This is the second visit and my first visit was just as bad. I ordered bone in got all the way home and got boneless. Really, they tried to make it up but it is the nuisance of having to interrupt your day to go back to pick up what they left off, or didn’t make correctly. Would have given a two if this wasn’t our second mishap.
I've ordered online from this location like once a week since the 2020 shutdown and out of well over 50 orders, they have only made like 2 mistakes and excessively delayed only once. On the delay I saw a guy picking up a huge order of like 8 bags before my order came out. Flavors are always consistent, but amount of seasoning on the fries do vary. I've tried the 3 other local Wingstop locations and this one is on level or better. I'm looking forward to the dining room reopening.
the only reason why i’m giving them one star is bc thats the lowest you can leave on a review. they actually deserve 0 stars considering they have a sign that says they’re open until midnight and we’ve been calling since 11:32 and no answer for all 3 calls so we pull up and they said that they’re not open to public just for doordash orders or uber eats. horrible customer service and extremely unhelpful staff.
