Count your wings people, our 40 pack was missing 4 wings and the veggies. The manager on duty sent his messenger to tell me that the food was complete. Disappointed in the service. Train your staff to count and learn some customer service skills so called manager duty. Paid over $70 dollars for incomplete food order and I was basically called a liar.

EVERY time I come here I get food poising. I ordered at this location on accident last night, I ordered and paid online and realized last minute I ordered at the wrong location, I had no choice but to pick up the order hoping for the best, and I had the SAME outcome. Something’s wrong within this location.
Ordered online for delivery to hotel. Fries were cold, no straws for drinks, ranch was poured out in bottom of bag and not one napkin. Terrible experience. I only give a single STAR because ONE is a requirement- DO BETTER WINGSTOP
Last time I go to this location. The one on Custer is WAY better, and I find myself coming to this location because it's out of convenience when I drive south. First offense, forgot my ranch dip. Second offense, forgot the veggie sticks. Third offense, tonight, the strips are half the size and the fries have ZERO seasoning. C'mon Wingstop, I know you're better than this.
Got a 5 piece of thighs and a large fries on Monday, and the thighs were way over cooked and the meat was super tough! Threw then away! Terrible food, the fries were decent.
I went to a Wingstop on Eldorado in McKinney, Texas . I saw two McKinney policemen in sitting at a table eating lunch. I ask if I could dine in and the guy told me we were open for dine in. So what make it special for police be able to dine in but I can not. I really don't that is right. Doubt if I will ever come that Wingstop ever again.
Stop acting like yall care about Covid if you are to lazy to open the inside then just shut the place down.
You can't sit down and eat. Most other restaurants and other Wingstop's allow dine in. But this one.
