The loaded mashed potatoes were really tasty, but for what ever reason my chicken had no flavor. I ordered the hot Louisiana rub, I think that's what it was named, it was just bland, dry, chicken. Hopefully next visit will be better. Super friendly worker, Two thumbs up for that.
We went here recently and really enjoyed it. We have added back into our rotation of places to go. We had been several years ago shortly after they opened and didn't have a great experience. But this time, my salad was huge, my chicken was divine and hubby loved his wings and fries. We will be back.
Service was friendly and fast but we just really didn't care for anything. I love lemon pepper fries but there was a half a bottle of seasoning on them so it was just way too much. The tenders had a grayish ring aroind them between the batter and the chicken, there was no flavor to the chicken or batter. It's just really bland chicken with a sauce.The Mac and cheese tasted really good but it was really chalky. I always feel bad about a review like this because obviously some people enjoy eating here...It's just a miss for us.
Ordering online was super easy and I love that I can place the order and go pick it up. We love Wing Bucket but the last 2 times we ordered, our chicken has been burnt and was barely tossed in sauce. Today the mango tangos didn't have enough sauce and the garlic parms were so burnt they were difficult to eat, we ended up taking back the food and ordered from next door. Next door was Dilla's btw, super good.Update: I called and spoke with the manager Jessica because I was having issues with a refund on this issue and she went above and beyond. I mean minutes after my phone call, the refund was in the works. WB has amazing food (when it's right) and amazing customer service. Thanks Jessica!
It was our first visit to Wingbucket. There was not a crowd nor a line when we arrived. I ordered a 4 piece wings and fries. The flavors I had were Memphis Barbecue and Garlic parmesan. I also had a side order of fries. My child had tenders... bourbon barbeque bacon and fries. The person taking our order was very helpful I'm answering out questions prior to us taking our orders. There was about a 15 minute or so wait time as more people came into the restaurant after we placed our with along with our other family members. Once the food arrived, it looked nicely presented. I've never eaten a a place where a full wing was served and where the wings were so jumbo. The sauces were very good with my order and my child loved the bourbon barbeque bacon sauce.....very tangy/slight heat sauce. The fries were also well seasoned and tasty. We very much enjoyed our meal. I ended up taking leftovers and my child finished while we were there. I'd definitely eat here again!

Very good compared to other fast food wing restaurants! Clean location, employee was helpful. I wouldn't recommend the dry rub because I think it needs the moisture from the liquid sauce to balance out. Freestyle soda machine is great, but it does skimp on the syrup a bit!
It was an interesting dinner. Well cause the window shatter when we were there. Anyway let's ta5 about the wings pls! :) I love my 4 wing 2 flavor order. I got muay Thai and mango tango for a flavor. It was lit. I got a dipping for it. But I don't recommend getting a dipping sauce if you already have the flavor cause it is already flavorful but you can also get what you want it's free anyway. Hubby ordered a 16 of chicken nuggets with 4 different kinds of flavor and what he likes the most is the one that is with onion flavored. It is an awesome experience for wing lovers like me. The flavors tickled my pallette that's for sure. And oh the fries are awesome! To me it's better than mcdonald's fries.
First time here and I was happy with my visit. Food was great. We got (3) different flavored wings which were lemon pepper, spicy honey garlic and buffalo. We also got some French fries. I would rerun and also tell my friends about this place. Restrooms were also nice and clean. ( Free style drinks) so many choices. Probably the best part of this place is that the wings are whole (flats/drums together)
