So how my post keeps going away. The chicken here sucks!! That's just it! You will probably get good chicken once out of 5 times visiting.
Haven't been here in years, stopped in few days ago service and chicken was ready. Tasted good, but today went in no chicken in the window. Got my 2 peice dark but my tenders never was ready 35 mins. And still no tenders. Told them I'll be back later for my rest of my order.meanwhile Inspecters show up. Etc..lol

This is not a real Williams Chicken! The owners do not know what they’re doing when it comes to frying chicken!! The okra tasted like they never changed the fryer grease. Same with French fries. The chicken I ordered was a 10 piece original right, why was my chicken spicy?? Since when does Williams chicken offer spicy chicken?? If you go to the Dallas location off Illinois and 35 they don’t have spicy and not only that I didn’t ask for spicy period so why was my chicken spicy I will never know. The chicken was no good we ended up with food poisoning. I recommend you go to KFC or Popeyes down the street!
Taste is amazing i would definitely go again. Staff is friendly and helpful. I might give them the 5th star next time i am there, but the reason is only the restaurant didn't look too clean.P.s its halal so cant complain.
I take my Williams Chicken very serious.This was the worst I've ever hadMaybe whoever is frying stuff isn't taking the recipes serious..Chicken was fried for too long or the frying oil was too old..flour was too saltyMy meal box for a 3 piece mixed with fries was the size of my fist and had 4 cold hard super salty fries..this clearly was not "The All Spark" I expected.I waited over 30 min for this.Never in my life have I ever.It was unreal.I've been to Williams Chicken all over the place and the service and quality of food was as horrible as the exterior appeals of a couple of Williams Chicken in the ghetto of Dallas combined. ..Whatever is going on in this facility needs the help. Whoever's fault it is this didn't taste like Williams ..Please go see your therapist and reconsider everything about the way you're cooking your chicken ..don't church it up, don't reinvent the wheel with this..I wish you well and God speed within your recovery and discovery of how to throw down damn good Chicken the Williams way.Oh.. And, inform that one employee whomever it may be degreaser is not windex.You're lucky I love Williams Chicken so much I wouldn't disrespect the branding with a rating less than 5 stars.
Tbh prolly the worst Williams Ive been to, Chicken is barley fresh and when it is fresh it still taste suspect. Also I ordered a 3 piece mix with two breast and one thigh “which they charged me for” and ended up giving a breast with a leg and wing.. Definitely my last time spending money at this location…The best way I can explain this place is you keep going back to a toxic girlfriend/boyfriend hoping they will change, but the result remains the same.
Fast food it is not expect to be waiting in the drive thru for 15 to 20 min. I ordered two 3 pice combos, my mistake for not checking the order before I pulled out of drive thru, got home and found two 2 piece combos. Fooled me once, not again
Got some HALAL fried chicken and spicy wings from them earlier today. The service was great, and employees were friendly. Please give them a chance you won’t regret it. Great food! Best chicken!!
