When we got to the drive-through there were maybe three cars in front of us before the order Microphone. From that point at 12:03 midnight it took us almost an hour to go through the line and place the order. There was no real excuse for it to be taking that long to go through the drive-through. I feel sorry for the people who were behind us because they were still waiting and would probably be there at least two hours if they stayed in line. There is no excuse for that kind of slow service unless there is only one person working the whole window; taking orders, doing the cooking, running the payment. I will never again use that particular store again!!!!!!!

The food was as good as always but the EXTREMELY slick floor from the ordering counter to the back of the restaurant was such a hazard! No water could be seen on the floor but it was so slick I skated to the table. We would not have stayed if we had not already ordered and paid. We were told by other customers in the building that this is a daily occurrence in the mornings. This building needs to invest in some degreaser and some good scrubbing to get that taken care of.

Had a great experience with Elmira helping me out and helping me figure out what to order on the menu. This location was super clean and the burgers and fries and this location was great.

I have been to Whataburger several times over the years and it has always been a good experience. The service is great and so is the food. It is one of my go-to burger places, hands down. Great burger place in Allen.

This is the 4th time they get my order wrong. They try and rush you off. I politely asked if the 4 apple pies I ordered were in the bag. The man at the window said yes. They have a habit of forgetting or getting orders wrong. The manager SAGE on duty tonight tells me she has 20 years in the business and says corporate only allows her to replace the 4 pies. I guess it's safe to say she forgot about the time, gas, and the Inconvenience of having to drive back up to fix the order. I didnt say anythibg the last 3 times. I was trying to be mindful of people make mistakes. She also said that every fast food place in America has the same policies. They do not comp anything no matter the situation. They just replace it. I told her that was not accurate and she proudly reminded me she has been in the business 20byears and she knows what shes talking about. I know better that all fast food do not have that same policy just off of life experiences from myself and others. I didn't even ask for a refund but a simple gesture of we can comp the pies. Just rude and not able to make decisions. Not to mention, this is how my food was bagged. My fries were not even half full. I love Whataburger but Sage needs a refresh on people skills and rub the salt off her. Semper Fi

Hmm... I really don't understand all these bad reviews, as my own experience was very good. As a customer, I have never had any issues with the quality of food, or the service. Just last night I received an order as an Uber Eats Driver, and I got to say how impressed with the service it was. For one, there was actually an employee posted at the front counter. I didn't have to wait to place my customer's order. Most fast food employees particularly at McDonald's and Taco Bell do thier best to pretend I'm not there, which is probably all there good for. I got my food quickly considering the huge order it was and they even held the door open for me. They get an A+ from me.

This is by far my favorite Whataburger store in the area. The day staff is always terrific. Food is always exactly as ordered. I dine in so food is always hot and fresh. This is the best Whataburger store in north Texas.

Gone waaaay downhill. Since purchased by private equity firm, they have cut all the corners. Burger was bland and precooked, fries were nothing more than 1-2" unseasoned potatoe crumbs.Wish they would return to former form, but now as undesirable as McDonald's.(Even during peak COVID last year it was better)

I called to complain about my tiny chicken strips which look like nuggets to me and Sage the manager on duty said she personally bagged them. She said that is what we ordered and that is what we get. I ordered an extra strip like I always do when we go to Whataburger at this location. We have never had any problems like this before but Sage was really rude and we will never return to this location again. We will let all of our family and friends know as well that go to the same location not to return to this location either. Zero stars if possible.

I've never had such a cold meal before. It was like they took room temperature ingredients that had been sitting out, no where near anything warm, and assembled the burgers. The frys were just as cold and were coated with so much salt I couldn't eat vthem.Absolutely terrible
