it's cool for it being a state burger.
This was a prime visit for sure. Nailed it WB on Custer/380!Drive-thru at 1:30a on a Tuesday morning and busier than what I expected. 5 cars before me. The person on the speaker was very polite, informative, and cheerful for 1am!The line moved faster than expected and received my order with a smile! When I opened my meal, my burger was wrapped with care (looked professional, should have taken a picture!) and burger not squished at all!5 points to Hufflepuff!
I usually like whatabutger but this particular location honestly sucks. The turn around time in the drive through is approximately 15 min on top they mostly messed up the orders too all the employees are mostly on the phones and not not professional and customer oriented. I called the location to tell what had happened with my order and same employee pretend that she is a manager when ask for the manager. Never going back to this location
Waited too long for fast food. About 15 to 20 minutes and no food. Ticket time stamp 6:37 went to Braum's at 7. Others that ordered before us were still waiting for their food. The restaurant had less than 12 customers inside during our visit. All of the food was going to the drive-thru window. Didn't bother to get a refund because the registers (3) were not staffed. We went to Braum's. They had about 20 customers inside yet the burgers came out in less than 5 minutes, hot and delicious. I feel like Whatabuger could take a lesson from Braum's on customer service. Disapointed.
Went to this location tonight over the one that’s close to my house off Lake Forest. That location is always slow and can’t handle how busy they get, but this location off Custer and 380 was great! They were so quick through the drive thru, our food was actually RIGHT, fresh, and good!!! Will be coming to this location from now on over Lake Forest.
So on a night that most other fast foods had already closed, due to the Spring forward time chain, this place had their act together! Line was long but moving quickly, order was taken correctly and efficiently! Me and my stomach thank you!!
Over all great. I wish they have more staff and diverse people who can understand other accent so it doesn't come off a bit racist.
Not bad for whataburger. This location has good service & good food.
Always cheerful, even if it's 2 o'clock in the morning. Rarely ever get items wrong or mixed up, though I'm not too picky.
Haven’t had Whataburger in probably 8 or 9 years and tried it again today. It will be another 8-9 until we try it again. They aren’t that good so not sure what all the fuss is about. This location was pretty filthy inside as well.
