Waited in line for an eternity, got to the window they had the wrong order when I paid (had the person behind me order), I repeated my order they fixed it and handed me my bag, checked it as I was pulling out of the parking lot and it was still wrong despite me literally just telling them my order. I have issues with this location every time I’m there…I will not be back.
Managers are not really friendly, besides to customers, yelled at some employees. GM showed up to work his shift and felt his mustang had to be by the front door, he parked there taking sports from customers while the other employees parked away and across the lot. To meet, this shows how the store is run... Once you walk in, you realize that you're better off waiting in the long drive thru line. Liked like the ice machine hasn't been filled in hours, we had to give our cups to someone to ration out ice.
Our family loves Whataburger. This Whataburger has messed up our order more times than I count! This morning I purchased an egg cheese and potato taquito and the eggs were so old I couldn't even eat it. They were disgusting and smelled bad! My husband (because he had a coupon) went back this evening. He used his coupon to get a hamburger. He received everything he wanted on his hamburger, but they gave him a chicken sandwich instead of a hamburger. Just don't even bother going to this Whataburger. It's terrible!!
My sandwich was soggy lettuce was brown rotten dressing was everywhere. When I ask where my dressing was it was not in the bag how I wanted it. I ate the sandwich but removed all vegetables not eating rotten lettuce or any vegetables touching that . And why would I cross over to drive thru lane 1 from where I was in number 2 drive thru lane I'm driving a truck . That's just asking for an accident to happen. I called corporate on this location and will never return .
I have been to this Whataburger many times and can confirm that the food service is always reliable and the order is delivered quickly
Because it’s close to the house so we have been here several times and it’s probably the worst whataburger there is. We literally had to throw away our order. The fries were old and smelled like old grease and the burgers were unedible . The 30+ minutes we waited well that’s no big deal because you expect that these days but horrible food that’s different
This has to be the worst store in the area. Do yourself a favor and drive down to Custer and 380. They actually know how to run a store. I try not to come to this one because the service is always bad. But I was in the area and decided to give them another chance. That was a big mistake. First I showed up to pick up my takeout order only to find the dining room closed. Next, I used a reward to order a cinnamon roll. They told me they were out of cinnamon rolls. I told them to just refund the reward and the told me to just let them know next time I come back. I told them I wouldn’t be back because the dining room is always closed. The told me that they only had 13 employees… why would you tell that to a customer?!? Lastly the biscuit was good but the hashbrown sticks were cold and mushy. I don’t know if anyone really reads these but there is a big problem with management at this store. It is time to clean house!
I generally love Whataburger, but this location is the worst. Two orders wrong in 2 days. Ordered a breakfast burger and missing the burger patty. Ordered the new Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich and missing the buffalo/ranch sauce which actually makes the sandwich what it is. My 4 year old can follow better instructions.
This particular Whataburger waters down their gravy just like Sonic does. I always go to Whataburger for my chicken strip meal because they're gravy is creamy and taste like gravy. This tastes like water and does not stick to the chicken strips. Most whataburgers are fine but if you want a really good chicken strip meal with good gravy go elsewhere or risk it because maybe they just had bad gravy on one day. Hopefully this review will help them rethink how they serve gravy. I will not be going to this location again when I want a chicken strip dinner. The chicken was good the french fries were good and I'm sure the sandwiches and everything else will be great so if that's what you want then I bet you would be fine.
Was in Texas for the holiday and of course had to stop by Whataburger. So high expectations. There was a five car lineup including myself. DL, the app and yes you can order pickup through the drive through. Was able to create a order and use the free Whataburger (app exclusive) for the 2nd order. Note: no salt on fries was not a option, which i suspected as salt was never used on Whataburger fries. I got to the intercom and stated i have a pickup order; they said ok order ready at 2nd window. GREAT. But still in a line. I was able to DL the app, create profile, create a personalized orders, and then make the reuqest via the intercom by the time it moved to four. Then it was a slow crawl from there. i dont mind the time but the order must be right, and HOT. That is why i can only give three stars. It took a little 30 mins (I was stuck and my last night to get Whataburger) to get a order that was warm and fries with salt, and no ketchup. We ate the meal in the parking so this wasnt a drive home and warm it was instant. I love Whataburger and know they have long lines, but i always would get hot food and no mistakes. To me the trade off. If this was another late night after the club; Whataburger stop, probably wouldnt have noticed it or cared. The location did not have dine in at the time I visited. Great burger, but do better. Could be staffing issues but this was around six pm that evening. When I would go late night they had a barebones staff and it still was faster and hot.
