Ordered online, got home had a burger and fries missing from the order. Called back and told them what was missing and headed back over. Got there had to wait in drive through again. Then my burger was missing a patty and some toppings. People were polite just not very accurate with order.

Really great service, when the line got too long the manager jumped into action and got on the other register. Really nice guy, very well spoken,and his costumer service was top notch
Always go to Whataburger and didn't get really good customer service. No napkin, no lemon that we ask for. Also one of meal we order was wrong
This location was amazing. You could tell they were short staffed but the lady taking my order was very polite and so was the guy that helped me at the drive thru window. My food tasted fresh and it was the best Whataburger I've had in a really long time. I'm not on that side of town often but I would drive that far for service that good and food that fresh.
The worst one ever ,never get my order right I asked for ranch 3 time and still not get it and look at my drink it full off ice I got no drink.that is the last time.
Friend in town had to have the dr. Pepper shake. She said it was great. I had chicken bites which were ok. Service is not good. At. All.
Food good staff un- professional. Went in drive through the last asked to take our order, my husband started to and she interrupted and said one minute. Than asked again. We get to the window they overfilled our milkshakes so much it was seeping out the lid. There were no napkins in our bag and they didn't ask if we wanted sauces.. maybe it was an off day, maybe it was crazy busy and they got sloppy. I understand I've worked this kind of place, at least be friendly and helpful.
This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The drive thru is always closed. There were 6 employees, I was the only customer and it 10 minutes to make a burger and fries. The employees making the food spent more time talking then getting my order out. I will never come back.
Management this review is long overdue. This location has gone from bad to worse in the last several months. They can't seem to get the orders right. I asked for something and they don't follow directions. When I look at the receipt it's correct. I ordered a 4 patty set and spicy bacon burger and they forget and just give me 2 instead! Your employees aren't paying attention to what's being ordered! This is extremely frustrating. I go there during my lunch hour (drive thru) come back to work and the order is wrong! Also the other day I ordered salads for my family and 2 of the 3 had hair in them. I can go on and complain about other orders but wont!Management please fix this problem or we will go somewhere else that has customer satisfaction as a core value of service.
