Best sushi place ever. The special rolls are especially delicious and fairly priced. The chefs and servers are so kind and welcoming. PLEASE TRY THE ABURI SALMON WHEN YOU GO!! It just melts in your mouth.
Came on Thursday for dinner with a group of friends. Us 5 ordered 5 rolls and 1 tonkatsu and barely feel full after. Tonkatsu was quite dry, was expecting it to come with some veggies too but just only rice and the fried pork - so definitely don’t recommend this. Sushi rolls are quite small and thin for the price, however they taste good. The other reason for lower rating is the wait. We waited a long time to order and then waited even much longer to get our food. We came in with not too hungry and ended up eating food with hangry attitude :( If you have plenty of time and not too hungry, then it’s not a bad place to try as there are not many sushi place near by
Went early on a Sunday night to eat and found it empty. Food and service were good. We ordered two sushi rolls, the tonkatsu and an appetizer, some sake. It's in a nice area to walk around after eating because it's located along stone pathways and has a lake outside close.
Very nice little sushi place. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious and priced lower than other sushi places in town. They may have been understaffed because it took 15 minutes to get our drink order. Overall would recommend ?
Lunch was wonderful. Very fresh food, made exactly how we ordered it. The meal was well paced and the staff was friendly. When we went it wasn't busy. We'll be back again!
When I visited Adriatica Village in McKinney, I found Umai Sushi and I was not disappointed. They were delicious and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The ambience is good and the price is reasonable.
This is by far my new favorite sushi location! Just check out the lobster roll! We also loved the King Dragon, Fantasy, Texas, and Lava rolls.
I’m going to be honest I’ve never been into this establishment but have ordered through Uber eats countless of times.I usually get the spicy ahi tuna tower ,shrimp tempura roll, & the pork gyoza. The Ahi tuna tower is so fresh, the tuna melts in your mouth and surprisingly don’t need to chew as much. The caviar just adds to the nice little crunches throughout eating. The shrimp tempura roll is great as well for those who don’t eat raw sushi or sashimi. The pork gyoza is flavorful and always piping hot when I order. I never have an issue ordering with this place. This is always my go to and will remain that way!
Really solid sushi joint in McKinney. Good menu options, reasonable prices, and well prepared rolls. The lunch special is a really great value by the way. Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby.
