These guys promised to be at AOC, Angels of care, last week and canceled due to a “family emergency”. That’s totally understandable but a good business owner would make sure to hold their promises and make it up to the company, which they did... However, they notify AOC at the last second today that they are CANCELING due to someone offering them MORE MONEY. You succeed in creating a business that you love to do, not because of money. I understand that we need money to make this world go around but you committed your services and time to someone. A man is only as good as his word. What is going to stop these guys from selling out of date meat, vegetables and Etc. to make their business more profitable?? They just showed what really matters to them and it’s not us, the customers. Shame on them as business owners and people...
Booked this food truck on August 15th, 2019 to visit our corporate office during lunch time on October 3rd. The day of they said they had a family emergency and asked to reschedule for the following Tuesday, October 8, 2019. We said that we completely understood and we looked forward to seeing them on the new date. We had a graphic designer design custom Twin Taco e-mailers to promote them and their menu within the corporate office to help boost their sales and the entire off
They were supposed to come out to our business to serve us, but called and stated that "they received a better offer" and were going there instead. A LOT of us did not bring a lunch because we were so excited about the tacos... I will NOT ever buy from them now.
