On the expensive side. But food is amazing. Catfish was some of the best I have ever had. Fries were crispy and fresh. Burger had a delicious grilled taste. Shrimp quesadilla was 5 stars. Has a family friendly bar atmosphere with good background music and sports on several screens. Service was attentive and courteous. Nice gem in McKinney.

Love this outdoor family vibe! Great food! Great staff! Their “swizzle STIX “ cocktail is fun and delicious! The brunch items are divine and just good ol’ down home cookin! Live music Friday nights too!

My family visited this restaurant for dinner. We started with the fried pickles which were just a tad too salty. I ordered the shrimp tacos. They were perfect. My husband ordered the fried catfish, and he said it was good. My kids enjoyed their food (corn dog and hamburger).I also had the skinny margarita. It was strong and good. Most places struggle to make a good skinny margarita, but this one was on point.Stix has a great outdoor area. It would be a great place for a get together with friends. We all enjoyed it. I’ll be back.

The Stix Icehouse is a delicious restaurants with medium to large portions. I didn’t think the dirty dawg would be enough to eat, but it is more than enough for a meal. The Green Lady was nice and sweet! They also have 5 different “Hot Drinks” that are alcoholic and some have a coffee base. This is a very kid friendly place with ping pong tables, a small baseball diamond and a small soccer field with goals. I look forward to trying more menu items in the future! FYI: The online menu for drinks is not representative of the actual menu.

Food was pretty good. They give you ample portions. The Burg B Q burger was big and juicy. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich was also big with good flavor with a slight kick. The Stix Low Country Boil came with big shrimp, the boil could have used a little more flavor and heat options. The Blood Orange Bourbon Sour was really good. The Nue Frozen Cosmo was ok could of had a little more flavor, the alcohol was over powering the flavor. This place also offers a play area for adults with different games. The staff was very friendly.

Family friendly restaurant with excellent food. Plenty of space on the patio and the property for kids to run around while remaining in view. Energetic and helpful staff. For colder days out on the porch, they have a decent heater setup.Recommend the fried pickles, peach cobbler, and the donut+ice cream

First time visit! We had great service by Roberto, and the GM John even stopped by the table to chat with us! This place is lively, love all the seating, decor, and outdoor area. We got there 4:45ish on a Friday, and by the time we left a bit after 6 it was packed! Really appreciate they are dog-friendly! ?We will definitely be back with our doggies for some live music on the patio.?Food-wise— the chicken nachos were tasty as an appetizer as was my chicken tender basket entree. I didn’t expect to be impressed by crinkle fries, but these are the best crinkle fries I’ve ever had, and the chicken tenders were very juicy. For $14, I would like to see either more chicken tenders or more uniformity in size since I had 2 large ones and 2 rather small ones. My husband got the chili burger which was cooked medium rare to order. He liked it but found the bun got soggy pretty quick, so may want to eat that fast!Happy hour deals were decent, $2 off draft, wine, etc and $7 signature drinks. I tried the Sodo Chillton and the Pumpkin Spice Marg. First drink was ok, seemed rather plain like it was missing something, and the PSM was unique, but probably wouldn’t order it again.Overall, I think the appetizers/entrees are a bit pricey for the portion size, but we loved the ambience and will visit again! ??

Best place to drink and eat in McKinney. Awesome location, great beer, atmosphere and live music. Friendly staff. Mexican street corn is the best I have ever had!! It's so popular that parking spots can be hard to find sometimes.

Just wow! Our waiter Austin, is probably the best waiter we've every had. This man accommodated our every request, even some random ones. I don't think I've ever had a better costumer experience. The game was great, food was great, and Rae's Ranchwater was amazing.
