Always so Happy to eat at Texas Roadhouse in McKinney, TX. We have been going for years! The food & drinks are always GREAT, & ALL friendly/happy staff! We get steak, catfish, salads, mashed & sweet potatoes, bbq chicken and chicken nuggets... Always perfect. And those rolls though! ?? Wow! The Best! Draft beers, margaritas and ice cold waters too. Always perfect! Great atmosphere. Hosts move any waits so smoothly. Clean everywhere. Fun. Wonderful value!

We love the food in Texas Roadhouse we been coming to this place since 2005. Food always fresh and cooked the way we ask them to.A lot of their foods are made fromscratch. You will love it too and great kids menus a lot to choose from.So if you are looking for some delicios steak and not cost you a arm & leg well this is the place enjoy ?
Food and service were good. The music was too loud for me but I'm sure other people liked it. We celebrated our great granddaughter's. Birthday and they made it special.
We came for my son’s birthday and had a wonderful time. Called ahead and got on the watch list. The wait was short. The meal was great. I had a filet with loaded baked potato, a salad, rolls, and raspberry tea. My son had the sirloin with shrimp, baked potato, and salad. We all shared a blooming onion too! Top it all off with Strawberry Cheesecake. Flavor overload. But the very best of all was our waiter Zach. No mistakes, prompt, friendly, courteous, attentive, and I go on and on. He gets six stars. Food was great and we started off with a great lady waitress they switched her out for a guy that was worthless and when I t was time to leave he pretended to be the best. He was a joke. Get rid of him and I will give 5 stars. Thanks for the great prime rib. He couldn't even give us refills. The guy that brought or food was the one that got our drinks for us. We ordered 2 prime ribs and a 3 piece catfish order, water, coke zero and a diet coke in case you want to figure out who waited on us.
It was my first time there, and the wait time to get seated was about 1hr 30mins, so I hoped the food was good enough to make it worthwhile.I would say that the bread blew my mind especially because it was fresh out the oven.Of course the meats served were delicious ?.
So I go in and order a side salad and a side of chicken. But they fail to let me know that the side of chicken is $10.00. The service was poor and when I asked to speak to the manager she said there was nothing that they could do about it. No change in price no nothing. I work at a restaurant and we charged $4.00 for a side piece of chicken. The manager was absolutely rude and disgusting. Such horrible customer service!!!! HORRIBLE. Maybe next time you should inform the customer or have it on the menu that it is going to be $10 for a side grilled chicken when I should of just ordered the kids size grilled chicken for 5.99. I work at a restaurant and this is definitely not how we treat our customers. 0% satisfaction guaranteed. Not to mention when they brought the draft beer 1/4 of it was missing from the top because of the foam maybe they should learn how to pour draft beer properly. I will not be returning. EVER!
My socks where blown completely off:) I always passed Roadhouse for over 3 years and never stopped. Today I did, and I was amazed. Super fast, top notch customer service. Kala was excellent. She always made sure we were ok, and always had an wonderful smile. The food was superb. Great value and great taste. The manager actually came over and checked on us as well. Every thing was great except for the Apple Pie. The Apple Pie was too sweet. Every thing else was prefect:)
