i absolutely love this location. the drinks are consistent all the other times; however, by the time i was handed my drink last night, there was little to no ice and the drink tasted extremely watered down. i didn’t request light ice (and even when i do, the drink does not taste like how it did) and i had walked in when it was completely empty so i could not figure out why it was tasteless. i usually don’t bother getting my order fixed if it doesn’t taste right because hey, stuff happens. but i really couldn’t take another sip. i explained what was wrong and asked if they could remake it. the cashier grabbed the drink, shook it and rudely said “there’s no water in here”. i explain again and the cashier sighed and stated she’d remake it. her coworker said she would make it, but the cashier insisted she’d do it after taking care of the other customers. again, i haven’t had a bad experience here before, but the cashier was extremely rude and it took me by surprise since all the previous employees i have interacted with have been amazing. maybe she was just having a rough day?

Upon entrance, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted with smiles and warm conversation. Alena was incredibly knowledgeable about their menu and helped me make THE decision. Her suggestion hit the spot and her customer service was above par. The tea is phenomenal but the customer service is what sets this place apart from the rest.
the lemonade are amazing! my original favorite was the Blue Hawaiian lemonade... but I just got the strawberry dragonfruit lemonade and it is now my absolute favorite!!! the birthday cake macaroons are amazing too!!
My new favorite Boba tea place! All drinks made fresh to order. Literally fresh avocado for the smoothies. Ordered Vietnamese coffee, gingerbread smoothie, mango smoothie, avocado smoothie. Multiple non-dairy and sweetener options. Lots of Boba/jelly options. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean atmosphere. This is the place to go!
I always enjoy going to this TeaLatte Bar location (McKinney). The employees are kind and helpful. I am so glad they recently added more tables and chairs. My favorite is the Peach Cantaloupe Green Tea.
Saw that this place opened up near my house so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the mocha frappe with boba and the tea latte drink and both of them were delicious! I also got a mochi donut and it was super soft and fresh. Everything about the place is perfect, but I wish that there were different cup sizes. There was only one size and it’s pretty big. I couldn’t finish it all because it was so much. The staff are friendly and the Polaroid wall is so cute! Will definitely be back soon.
Was excited to find hojicha milk tea on the menu, since not a lot of shops offer this option. Ordered it with 25% sweetness & regular milk. Unfortunately, the order came out 50% sweetness which completely overpowered the drink, including the milk & no taste of hojicha which is quite distinct. I did not have time to wait for a new order, since the original order took 15 minutes & it was not busy. Disappointed but at least the service was friendly.
Yea tastes great! Not too sweet, great variety, and the boba is the exact consistency you’d expect.It also doesn’t help that the manager is one of the nicest guys i’ve ever met! Puts other customer services to shame.
I love their teas. The staff is always friendly & ready to help with any questions.I liked that every staff member was wearing a mask, clean shop.
