Maybe there is better staff during the day, but came in late , spent nearly 60 in food plus another 8 for 2 beers, the boy taking our order was really short with us, most of the menu they said they couldn't make, so we got a few burritos and enchiladas.Half the order wasn't on there and our food was made wrong. Called back with 20 minutes until they closed and they had their phone off so no one could call in. This used to be one of the best Mexican fast food places so sad to see if go down maybe this is why so many stores have sadly closed
Every time I would come here the tacos were small and they would really skimp out on their meat so I eventually stopped coming here. But recently I guess they changed their management because I had more than 3 pieces of chicken in my taco! It was completely stuffed and the people were really nice as well. Probably going to be making regular trips back again!
Ordered online, arrived 5 minutes after booked time and they were scrambling. Not sure if they forgot my order but they had over 30min to prepare and told me would be a 10 minute wait... what? There was no one in line and dining room still not open to public. What are they doing all day? Terrible service. They take my money but food not ready and have to wait in the heat.
Unsure why heavy-metal rock music(?!) was blaring so loudly that I had to try hard for my (in-store) order to be heard. I had to repeat myself a few times. The music was just as loud at the tables making it unenjoyable. Is this standard for a Taco Cabana?
I always thought it to be common knowledge that the person that handles the money isn't supposed to touch the food. That rule doesn't apply at this Taco Cabana.I see a lot of bad reviews, I should have known better when there were no cars inline at 7;00 on Friday evening. This place isn't what it use to be. I'll pass it up next time.
Place is horrible, first they can't even break 100$ bill after I wait in line for 20mins. Then I go use the bathroom disgusting. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
THIS IS THE SLOWEST TACO CABANA EVER! What’s even worse is that the workers see how LONG people are standing around in line and they STILL take their precious little time. ONLY COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR TO WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER.
Worst experience at this location. A 20 minute wait turned into an hour. At the end of it they still forget to give me a $15 steak quesadilla.
Trip 1: 1 order of sopapillas. Ordered sopapillas and they made a huge deal about extra honey. Charged me for it. Even though the honey cups were tiny. Took 15 min to get original order.Trip 2: wrong sauces on all plates, didn’t give honey on sopapillas, had to ask for it. Forgot tortillas.Bathrooms are disgusting and backed up.Temperature is uncomfortable. Better to eat outside regardless temp.
Food was great as usual. Good value for the money. We dined in but with COVID, they focus on drive through orders, they gave us a number but we never heard them call it so our food sat there for a while, guess the speaker is broke.
