They no longer have chicken chopped, it's now ground chicken which is terrible.They also overcharged me.I bought a 6 inch and 12 inch sandwich, which I didn't notice until I got homeAlso too much talking to guest and very slow.This is my last subway visit?
The taste and quality of sub depends on who makes it. I’ve been to this place multiple times but yesterday I had a best sub ever in terms of quality and the way it was made by a lady working at this location(Timra).The way she made my sub was really cool and awesome customer service.
There was only one worker but he was super friendly and careful with our orders. He did his absolute best with limited staffing. Great job.
Walked into this subway at 6:30 pm today (day BEFORE thanksgiving) and two goofy kids working there said the store was closed. They were making their own sandwiches and decided to take their own break. Btw they had no masks on.
Not super pleased with this place. They were out of a couple things, which is sometimes understandable, one key factor in my rating is honest pricing. When the register is charging more than the items on the menu, that is concerning. Yes, I caught it, but how many others have been overcharged? Regardless of amount, as some will say oh it's no big deal, it does add up.
The new trainee was very nice to me even when it was about to be closing hours & followed my online order to a “T”
This subway is pretty good, but the location on El Dorado is better.
Horrible service when you order online go in and ask if your order is ready they say no and continue to help other customers. Finally I can see what is happening here have to get get up and wait in long line .....kind of defeats the whole purpose!!!
The people who work here don't wear masks and the service is bad.
Every single time I come into this restaurant, I feel like I'm bothering the staff - just by being there and ordering food. If you don't like your job, find a new one... don't make the customers feel like a burden, just by supporting the business. Enough is enough with this location. I'd recommend finding a different one to visit.
