Wow! The employees were so very nice! They asked me questions about my day and wished me a blessed day! Not just one employee but both of them! I love this. Thank you so much for going over and beyond just making my sandwich. You also made my day!
They are very rude
Wasn't closing time and the staff refused to make my order since they were in the process of doing closing tasks. I guess people just choose what time they stop working nowadays.

We bought some sandwiches here and took them with us back to the house. The food was good enough. Not a good place to eat in.
Just witnessed a supposedly manager with red hair with glasses rudely raising her voice loudly at a customer. She was saying I remember you!The rude employee was saying you ordered your sandwich wrong before. I could not believe this women was then yelling at her!I stepped in and told her she was wrong for being rude and yelling at her customer over something from the past.
Went in for a sandwich to share with my husband. We ended up leaving before the sandwich was even done.I have never felt the need to walk out of a restaurant while someone was preparing my food. The employee we spoke with was so rude that I didn't even want to eat there.
ordered a 10 dollar sandwich for pick up, got there at time quoted. was told they were out of meat and could not call because they had no number which was bunk, thery told me they would credit my card back in the AM, which they did not do, cvalled and they told me i would have to return to rhe store for a refund, or the sandwich that i ordered a day B4, a huge runaround for a soso sandwich not to mention having to chaser my ten bucks around ,Hungry buyer be ware
Some of the employees at this place have poor customer service, including a supervisor.Someone bought me a cold cut sandwich and I did not like all of that bologna that was in it. I went back later in the evening and asked to exchange it and one employee said they don't do that. The other employee wanted to help but she did not know how to ring up an exchange on the register. I got a hold and spoke to a supervisor named Sandra two days later and she said she could not do anything. I wonder why !
I’ve ordered online couple times and was never right never toasted and just completely wrong. Staff was nice though.
