Ordered online…waited the 20 minutes statedplus another 30+ minutes!! For two items!!! They were out of everything and no one made the initiative to go in the back for more…they waited for me to request it. Then they attempted to make my sandwich without gloves and assumed it was okay…nope…never okay. Never again!! Horrible!!!
Both subway side and gas station side don’t know what they’re doing. Assistant manager and general manager both on shift watching as their employees struggle. General manager walks by doesn’t greet customers that walk in
Never go to this shop if you are on the clock.this lady is this place is slow as hell i waited 20 minutes behind two customers and my turn didn’t came till then i ran out of patience and walked out plus its super dirty.
If I could give NO stars I would NOT hesitate. Arianna the "Assistant Manager" was very rude, slow and did not listen. I told her I wanted a Chicken Teriyaki Salad and she asked what bread so I told her again that I wanted a salad. Then I had to remind her to put cheese in my salad. She proceeds to make my salad then asks what dressing so I tell her Sweet Onion, she then puts CEASER dressing on instead, then she offered to remake the salad so I said Yes Please do. So she remakes my salad puts the correct dressing on it after I tell her 3 times that I want the dressing ON the salad and not on the side even though she still attempted to put the dressing on the side and I had to correct her AGAIN. Then I show her my gift card and she says "She will get you at the front" I get to the front check out and they proceed to tell me they dont accept subway gift cards. They ask did you show Arianna I said yes, meanwhile Arianna decides to argue the fact that I showed her my gift card saying I didnt when I in fact DID, I had it in my hand reached out to show her so that I could pay before she told me that they would get me at the front. Then she threatens to call the police on me because I was upset that she not only messed up my salad an was rude but also neglected to tell me they dont take gift cards. I will NEVER be back to this location again not even the Circle K!
Went today for my lunch break. I was told by the sand which maker they are out of lettuce. Will not be returning. She made my sandwich and when I told her don’t worry about it if they are out of lettuce her attitude was horrible. She could have said that before hand and I would have not wasted my time there and went somewhere else! Horrible

Now this Star is for all. Mobile ordering down... that happens. Two stores so, there’s a glitch. That happens. $50 bucks suddenly down the drain... why? No dinner tonight outside of what we have at home (thankfully we have stuff at home), but no other choices because $50 was spent for.... nothing. I believe that’s called theft. Ergo, no subway again. Don’t care that maybe it’ll be “refunded”... kinda didn’t need to take it before no product. Bad management, and I’m sure plenty of lawsuits coming.... oh wait no one can afford it because subway took their money! My bad
