Ordered online for Italian bmt. When I got home to eat it, I noticed that there was no meat in the sandwich. Was very disappointing. I'm never going to this subway again.
Extremely rude worker who served me who I swear was high because no reason to be so rude to me unless he's got something against heavily pregnant women.I wanted a vegetarian sub and said what I wanted which is a pizza sub without pepperoni that they couldn't do then he had the nerve to point to the vegetables and say while laughing "Well we have you know vegetables" never felt so judged and uncomfortable in a store beforeespecially a subway, didn't give them my money.The other subway in McKinney served me greatly.
I just went there(on 75 near to verginia at) and purchases 2 foot long subs. Experience is horrible. I cannot believe the food quality, it was so low I probably cannot describe. Lattice is old and brown colored. Bins look bad. When I asked they said that is the way the shipment is coming to them(with an attitude).I was going to take mozzarella cheese on my sandwich(it was extra cost). When I looked in the bin, it has mold/fungus. Has clear green spots. As soon I questioned the girl at the counter, she took it back(before I can take a picture). Please don't eat at this subway with out checking what u are getting.
This is my favourite Subway in DFW! It wasn't just the food that made this one my go-to. The staff are wonderful, and made my day. My husband and I will be back!
Ordered curbside June 3 ,2021 6pm and these two white ladies made my order wrong and I had to come back because it was wrong and didn’t want to redo it and made me wait 30 minutes.. and said curbside is LAST PRIORITY!! Worst service and I’m a regular!!!! One said she was new 3 weeks and the other acted really mean!!! Don’t come here anyone or order curbside!
A majority of employees don't even bother to attempt to put on a friendly mask, and they always skimping on preparation quality with bad cuts, a pinch of toppings like bro 3 black olives ain't gonna cut it
The tuna sub is my favorite at this chain and I was not disappointed here where we got some take away sandwiches, chips and sodas.
We went to this subway last night 30 minutes before it was closed and the employee up front very rudely told us that we had to leave because he was going to lock the door. We asked why he was locking the doors 30 minutes early and he said that he had already locked up the till. Very poor service. We tried a couple of time to reason with this guy to get some food but he just refused because he wanted to lock the doors 30 minutes early. He said he always locks the door 15 minutes early so I said well that’s 15 minutes away can we just get some food and he said he was locking the door after the current customers food was done. So rude. Definitely not going there again. The employee was so incredibly rude the moment we stepped into the building. 0/10 would not recommend.
