Ordered two drinks. Transaction went though. When he started making the drink he said he was out of what I wanted. So I asked for something different. Asked to do an exchange and he said no he canceled it before it went through. Charged my card a 2nd time and looked at my discover and bam two charges. I showed it to him and said I need my money back. At this point it had been 20 mins finally just said I don’t want my drinks, give me a full refund for both. He couldn’t figure out how to do it so we were going to the front. As we were walking someone else from Starbucks said you need a return I can help you do it. Tried explaining to her that he charged me twice and I don’t want my drinks anymore I had a time limit for grocery shopping because I had to pick my daughter up from school. They kept trying and trying still couldn’t get it to refund. Finally says if you had used cash this would have been easier. Then hands me a $10 says Jesus Christ under here breath like I couldn’t hear her and proceeded to push me out. So not only did I not get drinks, took 30 minutes out of my da, couldn’t do my full grocery list and then they did not give me a full refund for both of my “orders” she then proceeded to give my son a cake pop without my permission because how dare I cancel his hot chocolate. Worst experience ever would not recommend unless you like incompetence.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the lady that works morning when James is not working! However James is as slow as can be, says one thing then contradicts it the next time you ask for clarification, instead of taking multiple orders and starting them at the same time he literally does ONE at a time forget anyone else or the fact that there is a line of at least 10 people deep, and not to mention he is just plain rude! If it weren’t for the long line at the stand alone Starbucks I would never come back to this location just because of James!
After six times of coming here to this location I’ve finally had enough! I try to be very understanding but it’s every single time. I always get a large vanilla sweet cream cold brew and a small( same one) with extra cream and every single time it looks dark with no cream so I always tell them at the window can you add more cream they do but it hardly looks like it has change in color and doesn’t taste the way it should! Today around 1:30 same thing again so I’m done with this location doesn’t seem that the employees give two shits about if someone’s order is correct or not.
I asked for extra sugar and got no sugar I’ll be back at 1:00 pm for my sugar, the asian lady told me she made it extra sweet but she lied and i tipped her 2$ It’s like so rude to lie to a paying and tipping customer. Life is to short for the fooler

worst coffee and worst service ever. I will never go to this place again. went their this Morning order one Frappo. she hand me in crushed ice in cup. Really untrained. Shame on the person who hired her. atleast give them proper training. you guys charge so much and your service is = zero.
