This used to be my favorite starbucks, but the last two weeks I receive increasingly worse drinks. I order the same thing every time, and I keep giving chances but it’s actually so bad now. The other day my shaken espresso didn’t even have espresso? It was straight milk. Today, my drink had a chocolatey lid (there’s no choc in my drink), it was the wrong size, and there was clearly not the correct amount of anything in the drink. :( really sad bc the tall guy with the beanie always makes the most amazing drinks but I can’t be taking the risk of anybody else at this location making anything.
Love this Starbucks! The drive thru line is always so long, but the customer service and of course the coffee is consistently good. And my dog loves getting her weekly puppuccino :)
This place is ridiculously slow.Doesn't matter the hour, day or time.Ordering from the mobile app to "speed up" the process doesn’t seem to work. The estimated pick up times are off by 10-15 minutes consistently.If you ever think you're going to make a "quick stop" to get Starbucks on the way somewhere, don't pick this one.I hope it improves. I love Starbucks and this location is the closest to my house.
Customer service is not great. Unfortunately Starbucks know they are the only ones selling caffe that they don’t tread customer the way it should be. Which is customer first!
Fast service, beautiful location. Welcoming, very nice decor, comfortable seating area. Delicious coffee, of course!

People here were super nice and I loved the atmosphere of the shop! We got our drinks pretty quick and the dining room was clean.
Very cute setting for a Starbucks, even has a drive through.
