Hailey the manager made a bad experience to an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful everyone was smiling and as I was eating I saw how great they were with everyone that came through the line to get food. Hailey the manager was super sweet and I saw team work for sure. As a business owner that’s how Customer service is to be performed. I had a rough experience at a different location and they won me back they showed me that they do care for the customers. Food was phenomenal

Haven't been there in awhile. We had brisket plate and a rib plate and two drinks. $45!!! Yikes. But the food was good and service was good, but we were there mid day so not many people there. Staff was very accommodating.
Have really been disappointed in Spring Creek BBQ lately, the quality has been suffering, meat dry, pinto beans hard, mac/cheese cold...I'm done!
Amanda just gave me the best customer service! Have not experienced that at a restaurant in years. She treated me like her friend and like her paycheck depended on my order. Someone at spring creek needs to take notice. She would make a great GM with her attitude. Thanks for making my day Amanda! Oh food was good too.
I normally believe they have great brisket and fried okra, though tonight's meal was downright awful. The okra was literally burnt beyond recognition and the marbled brisket was dry.
We didn't know where to go when we walked in. An employee saw us and directed us to the ordering area. The line is separated from the dining room. Our food was very good. An employee was going around with fresh, hot rolls and later one was going around with complimentary ice cream.
Solid BBQ. I liked that it was ready to go and no wait. Plenty of extra rolls and amazing okra!
The food was tasty and the service was outstanding. The manager on duty tonight was repeatedly checking in and making sure we were served the freshest tastiest food they could provide. I appreciate the care he showed in creating a great dining experience.
Not a big fan of chains, but decent BBQ at this Texas chain (~30 locations). Brisket was good, fried okra was great ...
