Sonic tonight definitely wasn’t good. These young kids they have working in their doesn’t pay attention to the order then, they brought the order out it’s not right they took 30 minutes to figure how they messed up our order had an attitude this was totally unprofessional and unacceptable he partially brought the order. I asked for grilled onions pickles mustard on one and the 2nd order similar but add tomato lettuce onions rings was cold and they put ketchup on my burger! Him and his other little worker standing around messing up others carhops orders as well! This is the worst crew I’ve seen that is irresponsible.
The employees are always wonderful with a smile. I wanted to do the special ice cream soda but didn't show on app and she was helpful to explain with a smile.
Crazy ...waited about 11 minutes...no one answered speaker to take order ...moved to a different speaker ....5 ,6,7 more minutes...flagged down a skater and she got them to answer ...ordered slush ????? Finally with our any strawberry in it had to send back ....about 20 minutes for a slush !!!
Man I Love this place. Service is quick, always friendly! I live really close but every time I get home it’s still hot. Great value and love their burgers! Ordering on the app is the way to go. I highly recommend!
This Sonic made the best breakfast burritos that I've had from a fast food store.
I have been to this sonic couple times and both ordering at the drive in or using the App. Both times orders have been totally wrong. On App order they would not fix. I have to jus order again. Jus throw that $$ cash right out the window. And the other order they took back and brought out what they said was correct and even read it to me off the receipt.And yet again it was wrong. Another Waste of money ?.So back to my regular sonic!! It's worth the extra 10 mins drive when they do it right!
My family and I frequent this location. Recently there have been many unfavorables. Today was by far the worst experience and we will not visit here again. Thirty minutes after arrival their team lead is doing what she thinks is in favor of me. Which is sad but, I knew this was it when our car hop kept coming out and she didn’t. They even refused to provide a customer contact point. Even said they don’t give out a contact point for their store manager. The car hop was rude. She mentioned she was new as if that made a difference. All in all, who took the order made a mistake. A mistake that could have been explained very easily. Today I paid $40.00 dollars for an incomplete order, two liquid shakes, & poor customer service. The older woman who is now working there was very apologetic last week when a strand of hair was found on my pretzel. She kindly took it back and remade. Ashley who works here is so nice and really goes above and beyond to make your quick stop to since a friendly one.If able, I’ll upload an image or video of the shake.Fingers crossed management will do some coaching.
Good mozzarella sticks and pretzel twists. Highly recommend.
Service is great the food is always fresh. Never have any issues with this restaurant.
We LOVE this Sonics! We are from Mississippi and Sonics there is not all that but I gotta say, this one is IMPRESSIVE! The food is always so fresh and good. We LOVE Alvin! He’s so sweet and gentle. He told he was only 16 and we were so shocked that at an early age, he’s getting his own money and has great customer service.
