I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger with onion rings, limeade, and a kids tender meal with applesauce and lemonade.The limeade tasted like Sprite with hardly any sweet. Almost like soda water. So Alex replaced it. The second one tasted like soda water with two pieces of lime.The bacon was so hard to bite through and chew so that I gave up on the burger. The onion rings were bland. Such a disappointment as I remember being so excited as a kid to go to Sonic even if it was to get just a limeade as they were so delicious. With all of the burger places available in the DFW area there is no need to return.

shout out to Eli. I go to sonic often and get Eli almost every time and every time he has just been fantastic.

This Gen Xer has been getting the Tuesday special (on occasion) for ? 30 years. I asked for the Tuesday special as I normally do at another nearby location and instead she explained the only way to get that was order on the app. The original purpose of marketing was to bring the customer to your facility to do business. We have lost sight of that with technology. I could download the app and do as told .... but I chose not to . I left and went to Culver's and spent more for myself and my daughter.

One person got a small burger & I ate two Jr Frito wraps(they are just enoigh)

We ordered the special one night 1/2 price cheeseburgers. They got my order completely wrong and when I called I was told that I could come back for a refund or have a refund put back on my card. I chose to go back and as soon as I said that, I was then told they couldn’t do that. They told me they it would have to go back on my card. I said okay that’s fine. Was told it would be 3 to 4 days for the refund. Well it has been almost 2 weeks and still no refund. When I try to call the phone just rings and rings.

This Sonic is fast, accurate, and has friendly car hops. Sergio is always friendly and quick to get my order out.

Sonic has great food and service can be a little slow sometimes.

Pulled in to order at 11pm and as we were pressing the button to place order they shut everything down on us. It shows this stores location to be open until midnight

Great drinks - cherry limeade is a must, natural lemonade with fruit, fantastic shakes, and unique and traditional slushes, literally thousands of variations. Food is usually very freshly made, hot, but obviously not the healthiest. I'm sad Sonic took all their salads off the menu and service can be slow in peak times, but overall a great fast food place that the whole family loves. For those with allergies, not much to pick from, other than maybe tots and drinks and items without buns or tortillas, but not guaranteed to be gluten-free as they fry tots in the same oil and food is not kept separate. Nice treats once in a while and overall a location we use fairly often as a family.

This place has become terrible. Went there today to get a simple milkshake and the person taking my order couldn't get the order right. All I ordered was a Banana and Peanut Butter shake. She kept entering and repeating back Banana Pudding shake. I corrected her at least 6 times. She was so frustrated thinking she had it right and I kept telling her the order was incorrect. After she started giving me attitude I wished her good luck and I left. This wasn't a noise issue. English wasn't her first language and I can totally appreciate that. But when a customer is repeatedly telling you the order is wrong and no one else steps in to help, that's just bad business. I'm done with this location. Being that I live less than a mile away, it's a bummer I'll have to drive further to get to a competent Sonic, but it's better than driving a mile to come back home empty handed because the person taking the order can't understand the difference between Banana with Peanut Butter and Banana Pudding.Being that I live close by I have ordered that shake countless times in the past without issue. Apparently there's someone new taking orders, or someone I had never encountered before, and they should not be in that role without support. I'll be going to the one on Custer from now on.
