Try to use the app to order half price drinks and shakes of course I was locked out of the app because of my password I've tried to reset it sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes never could get a reset the app as I was told by the manager of this place "OUR APP SUCKS!"So I had to pay full price for our frozen treats the next day here again tried to reset the password reach out to corporate no response had to go outside the Box and create a whole new f××××n email. Just to use the app. good job guys!
The food was good but for my visit on this date I decided to use the app and order/pay in advance. I saw the kiosk notify me my order was coming and I saw the car hop go past me to another vehicle and back into the store. I waited about 5 minutes more thinking maybe they had to pick something else up. Nothing.I ended up pressing the button and asking them if my order was ready. Then it came out! I don't know if it was a miscommunication or if they just forgot me. I was missing the condiments I added on and the extra cheese but I'll go back again to see how things go and update my review.Sonic has always been a good spot for quick food in the past. It varies by location.
I won’t return to this sonic again… A couple of months ago me and my boyfriend went there to get food and we trusted that our order was made correctly, but when we got home the mozzarella sticks were not even cooked and neither were the chili dogs.We just returned today and I pulled a hair out of my frito chili cheese wrap.Please be more attentive to your work and your customers.
It's has excellent prices. I love saving money! I'm not cheap. I just love seeing the savings. I have always used coupons. Now a days it's 99% electric. I used to have a coupon book. Back in the 90's I used to coupon from the news paper and ads. God I'm getting old. Lol...
I had a big order and they got everything right! I like the fact that they repeat the order back to you so you can more easily make sure they got your order
Wait was 20 minutes from first pushing button to order to someone actually taking our order @ 9 PM on a Saturday night most likely due to lack of employees as is the case with many businesses currently. Once order was taken only took about 10 minutes. Food was good.
Quick service through the best fast food app currently around. Half off drinks 24/7 through the app. Just wish they paid more to their employees per hour. I've seen employees come and go over the years I've eaten here.
Francisco the GM Took over my call when I asked why my French fries & Tator tots were re dipped in grease!! He told me he made them fresh this is not fresh and if this is fresh he needs to be demoted, I gave them an opportunity to correct my order before I drove away & this is what I got instead also called so that the situation could be corrected he told me I could do a review or request my money back I’m writing the review this is terrible Customer Service & if this is how you treat a PAYING CUSTOMER you need to be out of a job!! You and the MANAGER SERINA!
Food is good. But it is fast food I come here regularly especially for the drinks and breakfast burritos
