The waiter did not get the order right after multiple times repeating the order. The burger was overcooked and hard. The fries were burned and hard. I used to love Sonic. It has really gone down hill. Beware you have to tell the waiter what you want on your burger or else you will get no condiments or veggies. At least that's what the waiter told us over the intercom. Pitiful!!!!
They are slow to respond to order. I don't recommend it at breakfast or lunch. Off peak time works best or snack time.
terrible service. left me sitting for what seemed like 10+ minutes. finally without any answer to the 'red button' i left. i would give this negative stars if i could. horrible. never coming back to this sonic.
They are just closed...in the middle of the day...with no explanation...or sign...real winners over here. Good job. AND IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS COMMENT: Please read my review again. There was also no sign...and mobile orders could be placed. This is unacceptable.
Something is wrong here. Not opening till noon and has only 1 person working today at 12:30. She served 1 order at a time taking the order, cooking the food, getting it on the tray and delivering it to car. She is not fast. Took my wife after ordering and paying for 1 drink, waiting 30 minutes. She drove off without her drink. This place is worst Sonic ever. Stay away.
Just an FYI…Customers don’t want to receive foot long coneys smashed on top of each other with ALL of the chili and cheese smashed against the paper. Find a better way to give customers their food properly.
This Sonic location was awful today, Feb 13, 2022. My chicken slinger was not hot at all. The Jr breakfast burrito was not hot either. The cheese was not melted. It was as if they took a tortilla put egg, sausage and shredded cheese in it and forgot to heat it or something. Next time we come to McKinney we will definitely go somewhere else to eat. My daughter wanted to share her footlong hotdog with her 2 year old son and they couldn't even put half the hotdogs with cheese only and the other half with chili and cheese. Really??? The one in Sherman does!!
The workers here were fantastic, friendly and funny. There were only 3 people and they were slammed but it was worth the wait. Great job ladies.
Waited my whole lunch break and never even had my order taken. Terrible service at this location.
