I absolutely love smoothie king, but the customer service at this location is really poor! The girl at the front ignored me while I stood at the mobile pickup line, then told me very abruptly they didn’t have my order after told I was there to pickup. I showed her my confirmation code and confirmed the address and she just stared at me. I asked if they please could make the smoothie since it was paid for and I had confirmation, she got upset and said “that’s what I was gonna say” rudely… I had even called to let them know I would be running late, and they told me it would be in the freezer, but didn’t confirm my order or anything.Don’t order mobile or pickup from this location!!!
Doesn’t even deserve one star. Worst customer service you can imagine.
