Hey. Love steak? This place is bomb. Me and the wife split a porterhouse plate. Cooked each piece differently as requested. Service was on point and excellent. The waitress knew her menu and made recommendations. Drinks were good too. Great time by all. Definitely going back.

This place is sooooo good on everything!The ribeye and doble bone pork chop are my absolute favorite! Can’t forget the home made side dishes, as well as their delicious homemade carrot cake ?Ask for the Prime Rib on weekends, you will not be disappointed!!!Service is always top notch and servers super attentive of your needs. Love having a carafe to refill my sweet tea (nice touch). Management sure is doing a fantastic job!
Had dinner here Saturday night with a friend. Place was crowded with a 45 minute wait, but we were able to squeeze in at the bar right away. The chips and queso is really good. My salmon was perfect. I enjoyed this place. Thumbs up!
Our waiter was Parker. He was so kind, upstanding, professional and just a phenomenal host. We chose this restaurant to meet up with an old friend who was in town for his grandfather’s funeral. I’ve never stayed past closing at a restaurant, and we didn’t even realize we had (so sorry about that, guys!). Every staff member was patient and understanding, and we just appreciate this group of hardworking people so much. Thanks for a stellar dining experience, and thanks again Parker! With your attitude and work ethic, you’re going to be a great success in everything you endeavor.
A cold ,snowy, ice covered roads day in Texas. The hot soups hit the spot! Everything was delicious! Warm,clean,comfortable chain restaurant with fast friendly service.
My family and I went to the McKinney,TX location on Craig Dr. It was our 1st time eating at this restaurant. We were very excited but left very disappointed. First of all never order a Margarita there. It was the worse one I've ever had in my life. There was no alcohol in it what so ever. It had a weird pineapple flavoring. Then a guy not our waiter picks up my plate as I was having a conversation with my mom & makes off with my plate. I wasn't done with my meal. Mind you my meal cost 40.00 dollars so I would have at least like to have finished it. When I went to speak to the manager a short brunette with glasses she didn't seem real interested in making a new So I will not be back & neither will my family. 1st time customer happy.I will not be back neither will my family. Texas Roadhouse you have nothing to fear you have a customer for life.
Steak & Shrimp was brought out very cold. Ask to speak with the manager and he acknowledge that he had seen our plates sitting therefor awhile, they forgot to make the kids meal that we order. He just kind of laugh about it , I wasn't so amused. Paying $26.00 a plate for cold food is not so amusing to me. So instead of stopping the problem and making sure the meals made it to our table hot or warm he just ignore it. When the waitress finally made it back to our table and ask how are food was it very very cold. We have been going there about once every two weeks. But after this customer service I will find a new place to go.
